Horrible service and the quality of ingredients is poor. Forgot to put our paid guacamole and side of sour cream with our food. I hope they revamp this location because I do like eating at Chipotle. I’d rather drive further to a better location.

Possibly the worst-managed Chipotle in California. Sunday night at 9pm. Six employees. Only one making burritos. Ten customers waiting in line. I can’t imagine what it looks like during a lunch rush. Admittedly, if other Chipotle locations weren’t managed as well as they are, you might not realize how slow things are at this one.

Food is not good, I could not finish the 2 tacos, brought it home, taste horrible. Long line, not sure how it could be so busy. They charge more than 2 dollars for guacamole in the tacos as well as a dollar something for the lettuces. 2 stars for a nice customer service guy whom picked up my phone called.

We got suckered into coming back to Chipotle with a free burrito mailer sent to our neighborhood after all the e. coli stunts and now my wife and I are left hungry after a burrito + bowl full of gristle. The girl was completely rude who took our order tonight simply asking«what can I get you?» After being so stunned and looking back and forth at each other, we get home to chicken that we can’t even eat. It’s madness to be honest. The meat literally has so much gristle in it, that it can’t be eaten. Cmon.

Never would I have thought that I would put less than 5 stars for one of my favorite eateries, but I am extremely disappointed with the service I got today. It seems that the team there has gone away from what makes Chipotle great from the minute they had their IPO. I do not know if being super stingy is this location’s method to pay for the high rent location. The meat was also cold. Furthermore, I do not think that their burrito plate is worth $ 14. A recalibration is required, please do not ruin Chipotle for everyone, make it good again!

Decided to give Chipotle another shot since the whole media circus… Prepare to wait in long lines! The employee working the register was having long conversations with customers(who have already paid) about their workouts(the gym is right behind chipotle). Unprofessional. They clearly care more about socializing than customer service. Another thing, the employees with long trendy beards aren’t required to wear hair nets over them. I ordered a burrito to go, because I wanted to eat in peace. Got home, took my first bite… To find that beard… In my burrito!!! Yes, along with the crunch of my lettuce, I pulled out of my mouth. The hair from the beard of the man that prepared my burrito. Moral of the story, steer clear from this place!

*** Pitstop Review(Irvine) *** This is probably the first time I’ve been back to a Chipotle since they closed their doors in February. I generally like eating at Chipotle. Getting lunch at this part of town was pretty nice as well. Here’s what liked… * Nice part of town to get a bite to eat. Here’s what I didn’t like… * Parking is not so easy during midday. This plaza is packed during the day. * Chipotle ALWAYS has the same problem preparing the burritos. I REALLYHATE taking serial bites and all I get is rice or guacamole. Hate is a strong word that I seldom use, but I’ve passed the point of of being only«disappointed» because I encounter this almost ALL of the time. First of all, if I’m paying almost $ 10 a burrito I expect a little more care in the preparation. They’re so quick to pushing me down the assembly line that they just throw the ingredients together. Seriously, how hard is it to make a little line in the length of the burrito in the direction it will be rolled? * I DON’T like being rushed. If I’m making multiple orders, I am paying TWICE the money for TWICE the food. Soooo, I expect at least TWICE the time to place the order. **************************** Food = good(as expected) Seating area = very clean Service = a little pushy to keep the line going. I didn’t get the chance to get my 2nd order in and they already started on the person behind me. I had to go to the back of the line to get my co-worker’s order in. That’s totally NOBUENO and MUYMAL. Second time at this location. This is the worst location in my experience. I walked in around 5pm. I count 6 team members behind the counter. 1 of them is helping the only other customer in the store with two bowls. Another is watching waiting at the cash register. The other 4 are talking about their personal life as I wait to be helped. Someone finally decides to help me and as she does, she continues to contribute to the convo with other team members. One thing I hate the most is having to repeat myself. She literally asked me what kind of rice I would like then turned her head to respond to the convo with other team members. Turned back and said. «What, wait… What kind of rice again?» She continue to half ass wrap my burrito due to lack of attention. I’m a customer, I don’t want to her about your personal life as you give me half ass service. Not coming back here again.

It’s been awhile since I’ve been to Chipotle so I thought I would order a chicken burrito online for pickup got double chicken, lettuce, lite rice, beans, sour cream, cheese, hot salsa. But picked up an iPhone sized burrito just mainly filled rice, no cheese and very little of the other ingredients. Maybe it’s because I haven’t been in a while I just remembered the burritos being at least the size of what fits in a burrito bowl. Chipotle is great I would just describe this location as good and terrible, the only positive is that I don’t have to ever go to this one again.

*this review is strictly base on service* OK seriously??? I friggin LOVE chipotle but this location is VERY inconsistent and it seems to have jus gone downhill lately. some of the staffs jus display this«don’t care» attitude when they are preparing your food. I live right across the street and I get my chipotle craving very often but recently every time I’m here I get irritated. I should jus go down to the one on irvine Blvd and culver next time if they don’t improve their service. some examples: –employees are not friendly. don’t acknowledge customers sometimes almost with attitude??? except the check out person is usually a little better. –employee not paying attention to customers, more focused on texting than anything else. the bf and I tried to get someone’s attention for like a couple min and finally someone else helped cuz the said employee was jus texting away. –employees in the line assembling ur burritos don’t seem to care how they put ingredient in there. I could get a taco that has 1⁄3 of corn that the other one has or this taco has a ton of sour cream n the other two don’t. –I’ve gotten the smallest burrito ever the last 3 times at least when I was here and I wish I had taken a picture. I have jus had enough and PLEASE I wish the management will tighten the leash! this is very frustrating for chipotle enthusiasts like myself. I have loved you for over a decade since I discovered you!

Everyone loves Chipotle! I used to always get the steak… but then I started getting carnitas… and I’ve NEVER gone back. JK. Sometimes. Get the fajita mix! It’s pretty good and corn. Also, I know guac is so expensive, but it will change your world. Always guac. You can get a tortilla on the side with a burrito bowl. When it comes to portions, I’ve had the workers here give me tiny scoops of meat and also workers who give me a great portion. It just depends on the person.

The staff here is so dumb and apathetic(I don’t throw insults around lightly) that it’s enough to make this both my first and last trip to this location. Came for dinner an hour before closing, and there were a few people in line. The guy directly in front of us was an off-duty employee(young guy with brown hair, maybe white?) who ended up being the most obnoxious orderer ever. He tried joking around with every single employee working the line and continually kept telling them how to do their job. After ordering enough food for a family of 4 and 10 minutes later, someone finally started to taking our order. The off-duty guy literally came back 2 times and interrupted our order to ask for something. I asked for rice without cilantro and the guy just stared at me blankly. Another employee told him to get it from the back. Meanwhile, I got hopscotched and they took my tortilla to make someone’s to-go order. When my rice came back from the kitchen, they had to start my burrito over. My boyfriend paid and was seated for a few minutes before they were even half way done with my order. When they finished, they set my burrito behind the counter and started helping the next guest. Since we already paid, I leaned around the counter and grabbed it myself. The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of one is because it was clean and the quality of the food was the same as other locations. I advise going to the one on Irvine Blvd in the Albertson’s center instead.

+ Fast service(even with long lines) + Good food + Clean — Limited seating at times This location is very convenient for me(across the street from my home) and I’m glad to say each time I came, I was very pleased with the food and service. Prices are reasonable and the portions are large. Even when there are long lines, it moves very quickly. The seating does fill up quickly during busy times, but you only need to wait about 2 – 3 minutes before a spot opens up.

I eat at Chipotle maybe once or twice a year. It hits the spot for when I’m craving the Californian kind of «Mexican» food. I will usually get a burrito here but the bowls give you more seems like. Location in Woodbury seems to be doing well. Parking is plentiful.

I’ve dined here twice. First time was when I just moved into the neighborhood. Food was salty! Second time was just now. My husband got a 3 tacos carnitas takeout for me. Not only my tacos was drench was carnitas juice, I found something extra. How do you feel about eating a soggy soft taco with surprise bee in the mist of it?
