My wife and I hired Cassie as our wedding coordinator for our September wedding and we couldn’t have been happier with how everything panned out. She did an amazing job not only with the simple things but went above and beyond to coordinate family and friends to make everything move a smooth as possible. She makes herself available for you for pre-​wedding meetings, rehearsals, and anything else you could possibly need fir the big day. She has so many contacts as well that make hiring vendors a painless process.

I couldn’t be happier with the services provided to me by Cassie for my August 2012 wedding! She truly is amazing, and I’m so thankful that I decided to book her services for the 3 months leading up to my wedding.
Cassie stayed in contact throughout the wedding planning process; sending me vender referrals, providing me with budgeting assistance, contacting and coordinating all my vendor deliveries and details, putting together a detailed and organized timeline, and sending me updated «to-​do» lists. She helped me stay cool and calm thought the entire process, always making me feel like everything was under control.
The day of the wedding Cassie and her team handled all of the little details with ease. She didn’t even bat an eye when I threw a few day-​of changes at her. When I did the walk through of the reception space before guests came in, my husband and I were blown away by the job Cassie did. The room looked spectacular, with every little detail in place. Her design aesthetic was on point with the look I was going for.
She also did an amazing job keeping the night flowing smoothly. She managed to never make us feel rushed, while always keeping us on track for the evening. Cassie definitely went above and beyond. My wedding went off without a hitch, and I know I owe a lot of that to the hard work and organization of Cassie and her team.

I hired Cassie Gahm as the «month of» coordinator for my May 5^th wedding and I can’t say enough good things about her! We met the first time several months before our wedding. She was very sweet and offered a wedding package for the exact services we were looking for: someone to handle all those overwhelming final details right before the big day and to direct us all at the actual event.
After hiring her, we met again maybe 3 months before the wedding to go through all of our details and discuss the wedding timeline. She copied down all of our key info, from wedding colors and family members, to vendor information and drink preferences for right after the ceremony!
From the very beginning Cassie was very organized and professional. She promptly answers emails and returns phone calls. She recommended vendors for services we hadn’t booked when we first hired her (all of this before her contract even really began!).
Once her contract did officially start (one month before the wedding), she sent us a very detailed timeline for the day, introduced herself to all of my vendors and took over answering any vendor questions and confirming all the final times and details. It almost felt like something was «wrong» as i had very little to do in the final week leading up to the wedding. I felt like i should be doing more!
On the actual wedding day, Cassie’s main goal was that i should be relaxed. She told my bridesmaid to confiscate my phone so i wouldn’t be worrying (i refused to let them though, haha) She helped corral family for photos, made sure the reception room was set up perfectly, and even helped fix my hair during the night. She does it all!
What really locked in the 5 star rating for me though (if all the above wasn’t enough already) was actually after the wedding. Our shuttle driver misunderstood directions taking guests back to the hotel, resulting in me being charged an hr of overtime due to driver mistake. Cassie went to bat for me, helping me dispute the charge, even calling the driver’s boss the night of the wedding. The charge has been reversed and all is well!
Cassie went above an beyond in every way and I highly recommend her and her helpers!
PS. we only used her for «month of» but she provides full wedding planning services. She can also make stationary and other wedding crafts!
