Love love love Aioli! In my top 2 lol, surpassing much more expensive restaurants. I eat here at least once a week for lunch with my mom and we’ve never had a bad experience! Everything is so fresh and flavorful! The food is always neat and delicious. For the quality food I think the prices are awesome! The owner Jordan is great, he’s always friendly! I usually just eat grilled chicken on a pretzel bun with mayo, lettuce and pickles with a side of fries(which taste awesome with the herb aioli) but my mom has tried several things on the menu and she’s loved all of them. Just overall love this place!

A very simple menu; and they make it easy. I’ve got their Grilled Sandwiches Smoked Ham and Brie the taste were pretty good and my friend have the Caprese and she loved it too. Lunch service is great– it’s not crowded and food comes out quickly and the wait time is minimal. Our meals were pretty generous and we were still full in the afternoon. The quality of ingredients was quite impressive and tang. Cool ambience, it could be totally be a place if you want a regular spot to hang out with friend/co– workers after work. I sure would return and have some of the other menu items!

Solid burgers, great fries, friendly service. I ordered the Fire burger and it was great. The burger patties were much thicker than normal and cooked perfectly. Would come back again for sure.

I was at a birthday party where Aioli was catered and was lucky enough to sample their burgers, hot dogs, Mac n cheese and lasagna. Yes I was hella full but I wanted taste everything bc it all looked so good. The caterers were super nice and took the time to go over the food and the company history. I have yet eat at their restaurant but I will definitely make my way there!

Been meaning to check this place out because it looked promising, however, to much disappointment it was just at average at the most. It wasnt terrible, but it was great either. The patty for my burger was dry and had a burnt aftertaste, but still edible so I was able to get it down. The staff were super nice, so at least there’s that!

I like this place. I came in there stoked for this place with high expectations comparing them to unami Burger. So I would say not completely unami Burger but in a different class. I ordered the fire Burger yes it was good I will definitely be back. I want to try the Lola Burger. I had the fries last time but it looks like they offer a healthy side instead that I see on one of the pictures. I will be trying that and I will be redeeming my check-in offer. The burger Was Juicy little red in the middle just like I ordered it delicious thick and perfectly layered all inside a pretzel bun. Nice touch I might ask for my pretzel bun to be too lightly toasted on the grill next time. Customer service was awesome will definitely be back thank you for the experience

My coworker and I decided to try this place for lunch today. I’ve worked in this area for 3 years now, and I had no idea that this food court even existed lol. I’m so unaware of my surroundings it’s pathetic. I’m doing the keto thing, and this looked like it would be able to accommodate my dumb diet. I got the Lola burger«skinny», which just means it’s wrapped in lettuce, with a side of sautéed zucchini and carrots and a Diet Coke. My coworker went for the chicken Marsala, which came on top of mashed potatoes and the same side of veggies as my meal. It was $ 18 for the two of us. Not bad. I don’t know how anyone would be able to finish the burger with a pretzel bun. This was a hefty portion. It was really yummy, though my burger had a piece of lint embedded in it… I just cut that chunk out and ate the rest. The zucchini was good. I left the carrots because of the sugar content, but I’m sure they were good. My coworker really liked her meal too. She usually eats like a bird, but she put it away today. She still had to get a doggie bag for like two bites of chicken and a carrot. She said that her meal was exactly what she didn’t know she wanted. We will be back for sure. Hopefully next time will be lint free!

I visited this restaurant, because of the high quality pictures and favorable reviews that I saw on Unilocal. However, I just feel that it’s fairly average. Pros: –food service staff was very friendly and provided great recommendations. –quality of food was average and a little oily for my taste. I thought the burger was fair, but I didn’t finish it and it didn’t leave me wanting. –cheap price, which may explain the high amount of 5 star reviews. Cons: –it’s in a food court with limited seating during rush hour. The food court feels like you’re in a 1970s Moroccan airport. more. –pretzel bun, which is dense and high in carbs. It was filling, especially if you like pretzels. However, if you watch your carbs or prefer low carb, this bun is not for you. –very limited parking with small parking spaces. I had to circle and wait 8 minutes to find a spot. –food is a little greasy and doesn’t feel too fresh.

I had really high hopes for this spot. It is located inside the Main Place food court off Jamboree and Main. This place has the makings of the perfect burger, but it sort of fell short of great in my book. Perhaps its my choice on the menu that I made a mistake on… so I wont be too harsh. First off, I should know this, but when you go to a new establishment you should always ask what they are known for. My guess should have been to get the plain cheeseburger, but I opted or the Chili burger(The Cowboy) which had pickles and mustard on a brioche bun. Now the bun was a little to soft for me, Brioche should have some crunch. The chili was a little bland, it could have used a kick. The burger, was decent. The meat was flavorful, so you knew the quality was good. The fries for me are a miss. I think its the oil they use, i’m just not a big fan of these types of fries. The Herb Aioli leaves a bit to be desired. It tastes like rosemary, was whipped in olive oil. Meh. Needed more flavor, and in my own opinion, a place called Aioli, should do Aioli right. The Price is on par witih most burger places that are steps ahead of fast food. Around $ 13 with Burger, Fries, Drink. I’ll give this place another shot because of proximity. Until then, 3 stars it is.

Inside a ran down food court, in a small place, burnt from too much smoke. Not very appealing but wanted to try the food. Got the Italian beef with hot peppers and a bun and mashed potatoes on the side(I want to try the bun with hot mustard). They were all good which made up for the bad ambiance, but not entirely. Service was fast and attentive. Good luck finding parking and seats at lunch!

So many selections to chose from in this little food court area! I finally got to try this place out since they close so early on the weekdays and not open on the weekends! Had the fire burger and it was good. All the sauces you can ask for the on the side makes it even better. I was surprise that the Pretzel bun was actually soft and pretty good. There wasn’t a strong distinctive taste. However, it was so hot that I was sweating eating this burger that I couldn’t even finish it cause for 1. it was hot out and 2. it’s a fire burger= sweat on sweat on sweat The fries wasn’t too bad either. A little too soggy on my end when the presentation of the fries looks so crispy! So I wish it was more crispy and a bit more salty. But definitely check this place out! It’s cheap and good! Hopefully I can come back to try another burger

I’ve been eyeing Aioli for a while now but nobody wanted to go with me for lunch at work to it since my street cred has taken quite a hit from prior bad experiences(curses). Finally I got somebody to trust me(sucker). I came through with my coworker to a food court located on Main St. The place was pretty runned down. It lacked outer appeal but the interior was actually quite decent. I came through and ordered the fire burger for 5.99(combo comes out to be about 10 bones). The fire burger was spicy but not overly spicy. The burger lacked a bit of flavor but I loved the pretzel bun that came with it. The burger was cooked really well though. The meat quality was quite impressive though I personally thought it could have use a bit of sauce or ketchup or something but overall a very delicious meal. The fries was not soggy at all. It stayed crunchy for the longest of time. The drink that came with the combo was smaller than what I was accustomed to but it was actually the perfect size for me(I don’t drink that much). Customer service was very good. The person who took my order was courteous and friendly. The location itself is pretty small and seating seems limited inside the food court but burgers here are really delicious. I haven’t had a good burger near my work for the longest of time. I will definitely returning as I think I have found a burger gem near work now. #success

Satisfying and indeed a very solid burger… that you wouldn’t expect in a food court?! A great stop for a late lunch — give and take about 10 minute wait from order to serving since I was the only person eating so late. Lola Burger caught my eye since I didn’t want anything BBQ or Baconized, and it was a great pick! Herb aioli definitely came on a little strong at first — both taste and smell — but overall a good burger. It was juicy but not to the point where the bun-patty-bun was falling apart. A little bit on the greasy side but it makes a great cheat meal if that’s what you need! Since it’s more like fast food, you wouldn’t expect any service — but the guy working there was friendly and even gave a quick shout-out to me and asked me how my burger was. With my mouth full — all I could do was give him a big thumbs up :)

Quick and cheap burger that is surprisingly juicy. Mmmm. It’s located inside a food court, so you won’t see the sign from the outside. Their burgers are cheap! I got the Western Burger. It was so good, i would come back again.

This is a solid place for a quick lunch. It’s located inside the food court on the right-hand side. I came here at around 1, 1:30PM and it was not crowded at all. I’m sure that if you come during the lunch rush, you’ll have a tough time finding parking and a long wait time in the lines. [[Western Burger]] For a burger from a food court spot, it was delicious! The burger had applewood smoked bacon, cheddar cheese, BBQ sauce, grilled onions, lettuce and tomato on a whole grain bun. The bacon was crispy, and the patty cooked perfectly. However, I found the entire burger itself to be a bit greasy. As I was taking bites out of my burger, drops of grease and fat were dripping off the burger. :O The bun though, was thick enough to hold everything together. If you check in on Unilocal, you can get 10% off!

I can only give Aioli 2 stars and it is probably all of my own fault. No fewer than 10 people I follow on Unilocal and a few co-workers have raved about the food at Aioli by mouth or in reviews so I have had this one bookmarked for quite a while now. The opportunity to stop for lunch finally arose and I think I totally blew it while ordering. You see, the Burgers are what gets all of the attention, warranted or not, and when I looked at the extensive menu I allowed my emotional longing for Chicago get in the way and ordered the hot Italian Beef. To my own defense the person taking my order said it was the best I can get outside of Chicago. To my own determent I didn’t change my order when he eluded the fact he has never heard of Portillo’s. Woe is me; Aioli’s hot Italian Beef is the biggest complete failure since Microsoft Vista. The gravy dip was largely on point and the bread was actually perfect once the sandwich was dipped but the beef was straight up lousy. What good is a hot Italian Beef with dry and mealy beef? It is not good at all folks. Worse yet the sweet peppers were oily and limp. It could have been an off day or perhaps I didn’t know a secret«Chicagoan» handshake needed for the tasty version but all that I know for sure is that was a heinous sandwich. If I was not certain that my horrendous ordering game did not yield this abomination of a meal this would be a slam dunk 1 star review, the sad attempt at the hot Italian Beef absolutely merits the rating. Hell, Chicago should declare war on Irvine over it. However I was advised in countless reviews that the burgers are the way to go and I ashamedly went astray, so I have to give Aioli 2 stars in good faith along with a committed second visit for a burger.

2.5 stars. I returned to Aioii for lunch hoping to have an experience comparable to my last. Such was not the case. I again ordered the Old Fashioned burger with bacon added and fries. The bun was burnt and took away from the burger. Also, the burger beef patty did not have as much beefy or char flavor as last time. Fairly bland. Moreover, the fries were dark brown and burnt. Poor execution this time.

Food: My friend and I came here to check out there burgers given the hype from the many reviews here on Unilocal. We both ordered the Lola Burger with bacon. The burger came on a pretzel bun. The pretzel bun was okay. It was different, but nothing to write home about. If there is a next time, I would rather get it on a brioche bun. I would say that the burger was decent. The flavor was definitely better than the Karma burger and juicier. Having said that… I’ve eaten a lot of burgers that would put Mick’s and Aioli to shame. I was not impressed. The Lola Burger was far from bad, but definitely not the best that I’ve eaten. Location: This place can be somewhat hard to find. Finding the parking lot is no problem, but they have no sign on the outside of the building. Have no fear! They’re located inside the food court. Once you go inside, you’ll have no problem finding the place. The parking lot is shared with a bunch of food places, so it can get pretty full during lunch time. Overall: I’m not sure why this place and Mick’s Karma Bar are both rated so high. Between the two places, my friend and I both liked this place better. I wouldn’t even be able to say that they’re the best in Irvine. I would rather go to The Habit any day.
