Stay away! They only care about your money! And once they get it, their customer service is horrid. They intentionally misrepresented PRP, a new procedure for them. I paid hundreds of dollars for this & confirmed on their website that indeed the «plasma is injected into the skin»…it was not! It was smeared on my skin with their fingers. This did NOTHING for my skin! When I expressed my displeasure for the lack of results & false representation to Amy, the Spa Director/​Owner, her response was «sorry you feel that way, we’ll update our website to be accurate, but I will not refund your money», nor did she ask if she could do ANYTHING to satisfy me. She didn’t care! This is a competitive field in a small town. There are many more medical spas here that will provide superior treatment AND unmatched customer service. Do not waste your money here. PS They are still misleading clients as they still haven’t changed their website to accurately represent their version of PRP.
