Love WOLF! Their customer service is top notch, and their products are just beautiful! I have had one of their jewelry boxes for years now and it still looks like the day I bought it. I lost the key, and their customer service representative sent me out a new one in a matter of days.

Amazing! I cannot say enough. I was interested in purchasing a watch box for my daughter; however I wasn’t sure if the box I chose would fit a woman’s watch. The majority of watch boxes are for men’s watches with the pillows too large to accommodate a woman’s. I contacted customer service and spoke with a very pleasant representative. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and prepared to assist. She already had the website up and was very familiar with the products. She was fully engaged in the conversation and was able to answer all of my questions. I ordered a few hours later and much to my surprise the order arrived within 24-hours! And Free Shipping! The watch box is beautiful; very high quality and came nicely packaged as well. I could not be happier with this purchase. All of her watches fit and look fabulous!

After a reply from a Christopher re: this review, I am happy to update my level of satisfaction. The second watch winder that was replaced broke(same hinge problem) and Christopher and Andre were quick to resolve the issue. I was given a 3rd winder replacement. Product works well and is made of good quality except for the hardware. The hinges should be replaced by more sturdy materials. They shouldn’t continue to break from use– especially considering I paid $ 800+ for this. Minus 1 star because of quality of product. Customer service has improved. Just hoping the 3rd replacement won’t have problems.

Called Chris Digby for a $ 300 winder with a broken latch that I received as a gift and sent him the requested information via email. After not receiving a response a day later I contacted him via email and he says that he can’t help me without proof of purchase. Its pretty common practice with other premium brand luxury goods companies to honor warranty repair or replacement without receipt especially if they stand behind their products but only offering me 20% off a new winder doesn’t suffice as recourse especially when your products are in the hundreds or thousands of dollars. Bottom line — think twice about buying these expensive winders from Wolf Designs if you care about the longevity of your investment because the best they can do if your winder is out of warranty or you have no proof of purchase is 20% off a new winder which in my opinion is absolutely not acceptable. Wolf Designs watch winders may look nicely built but they obviously don’t stand behind their products and don’t believe in good will. I will certainly look for another watch winder company when the time comes and will definitely steer all of my family, friends, and colleagues away from a company like this.

I wish I can give this company zero stars. They do not have any customer service! My watch winder broke in 6 months, and nobody there calls back. There is no warranty whatsoever for their products! Their product is expensive, and they do not stand behind it. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I wish I had read the reviews earlier. I would have saved hundreds of dollars.

Stay far away from this organization. Their watch winder break in less than a year. I paid over $ 500 for a winder that broke. I called and emailed them with no response. When I finally got someone on the phone(Esther) she would not honor the warranty, and offered me 20% off a new one. That is ridiculous. Why would I buy another one. DONOTBUY from this joke of a company. There are better winders that last, for half the price.
