El Pollo Loco

Two times, two strikes, first through the drive thru they charge me extra for avocado went I got to my hotel I looked everywhere and there was no extra avocado. Next day I stopped by for a chicken bowl, and God that chicken was so old and dry it tasted like a burnt tire. Not coming back.

This locations has consistently only had legs and thighs at night time. They don’t care to make customers happy and just throw customers out for their laziness on putting full chickens. Straight laziness. Stay away from this location

My husband and I went through the drive-​thru to get some soup. I had been throwing up all day and was hoping it would provide some comfort. When I returned home I saw that they did not give me the large soup, which was $ 7. If it was a $ 2 l item I would have let it go, but not in this case. I called and they said they could not print out my receipt and the only way to refund my card was for me to return to the restaurant and show them my receipt.
I asked to speak to the manager and the lady just set the phone down and didn’t get anyone. I called corporate. They said it was ridiculous that the store asked me to return with the receipt, and emailed me a $ 10 gift certificate as reimbursement.
This location will do whatever is necessary to make a buck. Stay away if you don’t want to get shafted.

The drive thru can be a hit or miss. There are some nice cashiers, but others have a stick up their @#%. If they are rude, just take the survey on the back of the receipt and get a discount out of it. The scores from the surveys are reviewed. until then… survey, survey, survey!

I do enjoy the food but will not ever return to this location. Theres always a problem. Last week i ordered a 10 piece family meal. I only received 8 pieces, 3 of the pieces had no skin on them and the pieces were all extremely small. Food is good but not worth the headache from employees who dont care about service.

Came In off the 405 waiting to pick someone up. Good clean place. Safe in the daytime. Had a chicken burrito… the chipotle. It was good. Business is clean. People r friendly. Just wish I would have checked Unilocal before ordering cuz their looks to be some bomb Mexican food places in the area.

Pollo Loco on Century Boulevard in corner of Felton. I just visited this place as I was walking in the manager was very friendly smiling I notice she would assist for Her employees in either cooking or serving her cashier has people walk in the building. she greets everyone and smiles. You get that feeling that you will have a great Lunch or Dinner. I am always willing to come here as long as this Manager Beatrice Ruiz is on duty. I am not saying that she will be the only one doing this but thats what I experienced. The only reason i Managed to get her Name was because of the friendly environment she give this place. I am also a Senior Manager and i would love to have at least more people like her. Not saying my Managers are in the wrong but Beatrice Ruiz would give it that extra touch. Thank you for having her here will be back.

The girl in drive thru was friendly accurate in her receiving or my order she gave me all of the condiments I requested but I am giving this place a low score because I was given the completely wrong order. I didn’t have time to go back and request the order to be fixed and I tried calling the restaurant so that my husband could up the correct or. No one ever answered I paid $ 20.00 for what I thought were 2 shrimp ranchero burritos and for a bean rice and cheese burrito and some other meat burrito. They are busy and try to be friendly but really didn’t get my money’s worth.

Rude service, messy food & gross chicken!
I love pollo loco and was feeling a bit under the weather so I decided to order a chicken tortilla soup. I had this exact soup a few days ago and it was delicious.
1. At the drive thru I asked if I can place two separate orders. The girl responded very rude, «No we can’t do that!» I’ve done this before at this exact location.
2. We received our order with the tacos just throw in the bag, the styrofoam container & a heavy soup weighing down have the bag in an awkward very messy position. She did not include lemon, tortilla strips or onion/​cilantro for the soup.
3. I open my soup and ALL the chicken is DARK BROWN and HARD, every single piece. The fact that I just had the exact same soup a few days ago is why I’m able to notice the huge difference. Its’s like a soup of leftover scraps.
Terrible customer service + Terrible food = 3 less customers. My co-​workers and I have vouched to never return as this has been the second time we’ve had such a horrible experience.

This is the worst pollo loco ever. The girls that work here don’t even look happy and are really moody. They give an attitude when you try to correct your order like if you don’t want to have a nice attitude with customers why are you even working here. They also forget to complete your order, it’s so annoying. Get it together

Disappointed. Ordered a diet coke and a loco side salad. They gave me root beer and a salad with no dressing. Bummer. Check everything before you leave.

The food is good, but the service is SLOW, Slow, slow. Need better training in customer service.

Wendy needs to smile more. She doesn’t come off as welcoming. Other than that, the food was good. I can’t complain. This is my favorite pollo loco in Inglewood

For an El Pollo Loco, this location has amazing customer service and a manager that is awesome. They are friendly and will help you with anything as well as answering questions. Food is the same as well as their salsa bar. The main thing here is their Customer Service. Great job!

Worse El Pollo loco I’ve ever been too. The spanish ladies do not understand English at all. Its so frustrating when their two ladies trying to take my order over drive-​thru. The lady is a straight bitch at the drive-​thru. Not sure why they have them working, they probably are illegal. I no longer come to this location because of them. Especially the lady with the white spots on her face and hands. She has messed up my order numerous of times, it was so ridiculous I started thinking she was doing it purposely. I really think this El Pollo Loco needs to go under new management soon. Until then, I wont be wasting my money on them.

Geeat and fast service. I tried the skinless breast combo and it was ready in leas that 45 seconds. I was greeted with a smile. Will definely come again.

Love the Mac and Cheese from Pollo Loco in general. I mean I love mac and cheese period.
So if i need a fix, i just go to Pollo Loco, super close to my job and the drive thru is quick.

El Pollo Loco was close to the hotel.
I kept driving passed it and had never heard of this chain before. So I decided to give it a try.
Not bad. Service was quick and friendly enough. The chicken was OK. It wasn’t all that flavorful and the consistency didn’t excite me. The sides were good especially their Loco Side Salad. Wasn’t expecting much but the ingredients were really fresh. Their Spanish Rice had a nice consistency but it wasn’t all that flavorful. The Chicken Taquito was good.
I disliked their Churros. It tasted like old dough out of the freezer that was then fried and sprinkled with cinnamon sugar. The cinnamon sugar was the only enjoyable part. The salsas were fresh and I thought it was nice that the combo meals came with tortillas on the side.
I’m glad I tried this place out.

MMMM tacos al carbon. My fave. I’ve only ever used the drive-​thru when I come here. There’s usually never a line and I’m able to get my salsa without having to come into the facility.
I’m coming back for more. Plus, you’re just so conveniant to me!
