We just had a totally terrible experience with them
Monica the owner isn’t even going to make it right
We spent over $ 200 for a arrangement to be delivered to Phoenix. All she did was come up with excuses!!! It was no more than a $ 75 arrangement that was delivered. I wish a could post a pic of how bad it was We will NEVER use them or recommend them them again !!! You r much better off calling 1−800-flowers !!! I can’t even believe that Monica didn’t even try to make it better !!!

I was out of town for my mother in law’s birthday, I searched for the closest florist in her area. I called from Arcata, CA and she lives in Indio, CA. The customer service representative (I didn’t catch her name) was super helpful. I had explained what I was interested in, small and elegant with soft colors. Checking out went smoothly. Before 3pm that same day, I received a photo from my boyfriend with the flowers that were delivered. They were AMAZING! It was beyond my expectation, there was all kinds of flowers included that made them the best arrangement I had seen. Super grateful to the flower patch florist for saving my butt! xoxo

I recently had to purchase flowers for a funeral service 3,000 miles away. I had never had to find flowers in my new location, Indio, CA. I found the nearest florist which was, The Flower Patch. The person who waited on me was very helpful and knew a great deal about flowers. She walked me through the process and was very patient. I received rave reviews about how lovely the flowers looked from my friends who were able to attend the funeral. The next time I need flowers I will use The Flower Patch Florist in Indio near the La Quinta border.

When my boyfriend asked me to marry him, I knew the I would ask The Flower Patch to do our wedding flowers. Why? Because every arrangement that I have ever gotten from them has been exquisite. The flowers are always beautifully arranged and they are FRESH and LAST!
I of course was not disappointed! We had an Hawaiian theme and they delivered beautiful orchids to the church, pretty baskets with orchids for the flower girls, my bouquet with gardenias, roses and orchids was lush and full and smelled great and for the reception we had beautiful round bowls of river rocks with a large orchid floating in the bowl. Lovely! Beautiful! Reasonable! I would use them over and over on a formal level as well as use them to send an arrangement to someone. You will not be disappointed!

I love this place! Friendly and accommodating, if you don’t know what you want, just give them a price range and they’ll put something together for you on the spot! Saved me on several occasions when. I needed something right away, like an anniversary gift or valentines day! Definitely reccommend!

My man is very selective when it comes to the flowers he sends and over the past few years he has tried several different florists in the area and consistently and flower patch has delivered to his expectations. I know because I have been the recipient of some amazing floral arrangements. I prefer exotic and unique colorful asymmetrical presentations and I love how they are creative and use different types of containers instead of your standard boring glass vases. We prefer the flower patch located near Gonstead Chiropractic and the Alley on highway 111 across the street from Shields date gardens near Jefferson. We don’t go to anyone else now. They are the best, don’t waste your time anywhere else.
