Aladdin’s Florist & Wedding Chapel

My mom held her wedding ceremony here on April 2^nd and it was so beautiful! They set up everything with dark and light purple flowers and even provided a lot of bubbles at the seats for everyone to blow at the bride and groom. The minister they provided was spectacular! He couldn’t have been more professional but at the same time very fun! I would definitely recommend this chapel to anyone.

I called Laura at the last minute. Our florist fell through so I called her one week before our wedding reception and she was amazing! I should have gone to her from day one. She would have saved me from a lot of stress and headaches! My daughter and I went in and met with her, told her what we had in mind. She went above and beyond our expectations. The floral arrangements for the reception tables were gorgeous! Absolutely beautiful. Had guests asking who did our flowers? Laura was so personable and friendly and very professional. Was fun working with her. Offered suggestions and shared her knowledge about the flowers with us in helping us to select just what we wanted. Asked about our budget and worked within that. Price was right too! Just loved her! Aladdin Florist will be my florist from now on. Don’t need to go anywhere else.

The best customer service and flowers in the desert. Love how they understand what we are looking for. They took their time with us and even after we couldn’t decide the owner started bringing displays she had in her back room to help us. With her help we choice a quite different arrangement. We were all pleased.

If I could give zero stars, I would. First of all, the place is a mess. The employee I ordered with was very nice and helpful. She advised me it would take about 15mins, so I stepped out for about 10mins. When I came back in the owner was there. She asked if she could help me, I said no I’m waiting. She barks at me «well it’s gonna take 15mins. You can’t rush us!» I advise her I wasn’t complaining and she keeps repeating, «15 mins! I don’t know why she told you it would be ready faster!!» How is the person still in business?! I never even asked a question. Rude people suck! Avoid this place. Over priced! Dirty! Rude! You’re lucky I’m from out of town and in a hurry.

My sister had flowers delivered to my mom & I as a surprise. My mom got hers delivered Saturday. Mine got delivered Tuesday. Both delivered on the days they we’re suppose to. They called before delivery to verify when a good time would be to deliver giving they were delivered to a residence. So they wouldn’t have to be delivered with no one home & sit in the heat to wilt. Gorgeous flowers, great customer service, & delivery. We will be using them again.

Great service, I’ve always bought all my flowers for the wifey from Aladdin’s Florist. Always a great experience, they make you feel apart of their family.

I ordered flowers for my grandparent’s funeral. They were great to work with, I was happy that once I placed my order they took care of the rest. It felt really good to have one less thing to worry about. I couldn’t have been happier with my service.

Worst service EVER! I called this florist to make an order, and I ordered a dozen carnations… Half white and half red. The girl took my order and said it would be ready in 20 min for pick up. I was running late so it gave them an extra 15 mins. And when I got there there were 2 young men sitting there, one woking on something and the other just sitting there… NONE of them asked me if i needed help! they just stared at me. They waited until an older lady walked up to me. THEN when i said i was here to pick up my order she said. «oh i havent even done it! Turns out my order wasn’t even placed! She told me they don’t make them if they don’t get a credit card number over the phone. Which is fine but she should have told me that over the phone!!! I would have given her my cc number. An she said ok I’ll make it now. I said ok. She then continued to ask me what would u like to order. What color… Ugh! I must have told her like 10 times! And she still didn’t know! I finally gave up and told he she was unprofessional! It is my grandmothers 87^th bday and I needed to pick her up from the salon. She was just wasting my time. I will NEVER go here again. They don’t care about keeping customers anymore! DO NOT WASTE your time with this place! their customer service is absolutely REPULSIVE! I wish i could give it ZERO STARS!

I received a boquet of pink roses for Valentine’s day. They were beautiful… for about 6 hours. Then they started dying rapidly. Within 2 days, they were all dead. Of course, being V-​day, I had a hard time getting in touch with them. Then they were closed for President’s Day, and don’t even have voicemail or an answering machine.
When I finally reached them, Their answer is «That’s too bad. We can’t do anything for you.»
That is NOT customer service. They jack up prices for special occasions, and then when the product is crap, they give you the brush off. If I did that to my customers, I would be out of business.
They don’t know how to operate a business, and have no idea what «Customer Service» means.
DO NOT BUY FLOWERS FROM THEM FOR ANY SPECIAL OCCASIONS. If they have a large need for flowers, YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF.
Pass it along to all friends and family. I know I will be sure that all of my 500 customers know to go somewhere else.
