My entire family love this Italian restaurante. We always receive smiles, prompt service and great good. I absolutely LOVE their St Louis Rib pizza! Their lasagna is phenomenal too. Hands down to Stephanie and Amalia. Awesome servers!

After over 20 years as loyal customers, we are crossing Ciro’s off our list. Here’s why… –It took over 35 minutes to get our food, seems to be the norm lately. –My husband got his food first, I had to wait another 10 minutes for my order. –We were seated by the register, chatter from staff was loud and nothing but complaining. –The server had to request my order several times from the cooks –My husband said his food tasted rotten,(possibly burned garlic) It was a shrimp plate. –Not the first time we’ve experienced bad service but always gave it another chance… no more.

We arrived just after six pm. First they ignore us, then three people ask if we have been helped. While we get bread right away thirty minutes later our waitress comes backs to ask what our order is. Then she repeatedly says that the salad is coming and now it is 7:15 – we still have no pizza. They need more help or more competent help. I don’t know. Now they say«we are so busy.» Like that’s my problem? Useless… and at the last minute they do the right thing and comp the pizza. Not so bad after all…

Our family has been going to Ciros forever — and it keeps getting better!!! Great family restaurant … pleasant and warm atmosphere, nice booths, consistent quality pizza. The staff and owners CARE about your experience and it shows. Just a nice, comfortable and affordable place to relax and enjoy a meal with family and friends. And I must say, kudos to Greg and his son Nick :), who always make us feel welcome. A++++++++++++ love, love, LOVE Ciros!!!

If you haven’t, you HAVE to try their pizza! Hubby likes the DC special for it’s jalepeno kick and I have historically chosen the Hawaiian. Amazing food and friendly staff. Best pizza in Indio! You can order ahead to pick up or eat there. There is no delivery service.

This place was recommended to us so we had high expectations. When we pulled into the driveway, we were little disappointed at first. It looked more like a pizza and pasta place that an elegant Italian restaurant like the name might implies. On the plus side the prices are extremely reasonable and the menu varied. The service was good. The chicken marsala was not one of the better meals I’ve ever had. The chicken was dry and over cooked. The vegetables that came with it were little over cooked too but still okay. In fact it tasted pretty good. The bolognese sauce was not the rich meaty sauce that we have come to expect at other restaurants. And there wasn’t very much of it. It was just so so. Although tasty. This is a very average restaurant probably better suited for a night of pizza.

We have been coming to this restaurant for years. I understand that it had a recent management change and it shows. We ordered the DC pizza and although tasty, they used CANNEDMUSHROOMS and CANNEDJALAPENO’S(not quite as bad as canned mushrooms). I’ve never had canned mushrooms from a good restaurant. Even Pappa Murphy’s has fresh ones. We asked for a certain beer and they had run out. We asked for blue cheese dressing and they had run out. This makes me wonder if they are barely making it financially. It was a Monday so it can’t be because it is too busy. The side salads were very small.

This place has gone down hill. The pizza used to be the best! But now it’s just ok. The service is Horrible. They brought out our food cold, and never brought my son out his coke. We ordered a pizza to go and they forgot about it and never made it. We used to love to come here with our family. But, we will never come here again.

This was an OK pizza experience. The pizza itself, and especially the crust, was great. The other food items were ok, but not exceptional. In our group, we had pizza, baked spaggetti, beef tips(way to salty), chicken alfredo(bland), and one other eggplant dish. The service was great at the beginning, but not as much follow through. Also, we had some kids with us who were going to want dessert. They didn’t want to take the dessert order at the beginning of the meal, so when they finally did place the order it took forever to cook(peach cobbler) so the kids were already done eating. I would go back for the pizza, but pass on everything else.

This was a quick pit stop on our road trip and wanted something to be picked. we ordered pizza and pasta nothing fancy and we were told the 15−20min for pickup. Once reached there had to wait another 15 min or so for small order. I guess as this places looks pretty often visited by the locals any takeouts of the small order are lower priority. I am not totally against this jut the hospitality business should respect the timings. Now lets come to the food. The quantities are fine portions. Quality of the pizza and pasta is fine. Taste is fine unless you are coming with some high expectations.

Great stop on our drive to Disneyland. They have Odouls! The Tuesday night special of ½ off a large pizza is a great deal. My 3 kids and I shared a large with basil on half and prosciutto on half. Biggest complaint is that they gave us pancetta instead of prosciutto, which I am not a fan of — go figure. Bread with butter was good. Gluten free pizza for my husband was the #1 reason we chose this place.

My husband and I were ordering anywhere from 1−2x a week since we got into town. We travel for work and are currently in indio. The pizza used to be great, 2 years ago when we were here. The past few orders, the pizza was floppy and undercooked. This past Friday, my husband went to pick up and told me that if it was undercooked again, he would ask them to throw it in the oven for a few minutes. Well, it was and when he asked– the girl came back and said the cook said, «there are veggies on the pizza and if he puts in oven any longer, the veggies would omit water and make pizza even soggier» WHAT?! I called when my husband came home to complain– it’s been 6 days and I’m still waiting for someone to call back. When you pay $ 45 for a pizza and wings, you expect it to be good. And what’s the point of opening box and showing it to your customer for approval if you’re just going to turn them away when they ask for a change? Makes no sense. We will never order from them again.

Was excited to try this Italian restaurant based on reviews. Pizza was okay, spaghetti with meatballs not so good. Good service but not very good food.

I’m giving this a 4 star(even though I think it’s a 5) because the only thing I’ve ever tried is the pizza. Which, by the way, is best enough for me, but I want to be fair in my review. I’ve always gotten delivery so truly, yesterday was the 3rd time I’ve been inside the restaurant. It’s been upgraded to a more modern feel, but the pizza was top shelf yesterday as it has been all these 20 years that I’ve been in this valley. I’m a Chicago-style pizza girl, but the DC was an amazing NY pizza! Even though I use a fork and knife to eat my pizza, I did notice that the thin crust was perfectly crisp but foldable without snapping in half. The person who served us, must have been an owner or a manager who cared for his customers as an owner because he was on it like nobody’s business! I didn’t get his name(my bad!!). I remember he was in a Cowboys jersey, though. The«Cowboys Fan» wasn’t afraid to jump right in with staff while delegating work out. He sat us, took our order, served us, waited on us, all the while clearing off tables and resetting them for the next guests. If I knew nothing about the restaurant other than its customer service — that would be enough to get me in the door. KUDOS to Ciros! :)

Service was kinda slow. The only one who checked back with us was the busser to refill water for my very thirsty boys. Other than that, food was pretty good.

Found this place because of being down there for Coachella weekend; they seated me straight away, but I was right under the air conditioner, so I was freezing. I ordered a pizza, very doughy and don’t enough sauce on it. Tinned pineapple on the top of it, and the salad was very basic. It did the job, and the servers were AWESOME, maybe if I came back, I’d try something a little different …

Good pizza! Loved the thin crust(but not too thin that it crunches every time you take a bite) pizza, particularly, the mushroom. I’m not very adventurous when it comes to pizza — only a mushroom, Hawaiian or all cheese eater(Though I would like to try their margherita sometime.) Ample toppings of thinly sliced mushrooms. The others in my party enjoyed the sausage pizza(white sausage, I THINK). Again, hearty toppings there. A large pizza will serve about three hungry people very well.

The food here is ok. The dishes were missing some spices like oregano and basil. The lasagna was the most popular dish but was lacking in flavor. The wife said the same thing about her manicotti. The antipasto was idk. first time I had it. It was like a cheese and pepperoni salad with Italian dressing. But the cannoli stole the show and saved the meal. Laying on a bed of creamy whip(emphasis on the h) cream drizzled with chocolate syrup was great. I should’ve ordered this for dinner Instead. I lost count how many times the waitress came by and asked how’s the meal and is everything okay? It was to the point where it was frickin irritating you just wanted to finish and leave. I just didnt respond after a while to give her a hint. I would recommend trying out the cannoli.
