Bought a pop up tent from Fred Meyers here in Seattle. In the box there is a paper that clearly states not to contact the store that sold the product. When I call the customer service phone line no-one answers the phone and they ask you to leave a message. When you get VM it says that the VM is full. What a joke of a customer service line!!! I purchased a 10×10 outdoor straight wall canopy for $ 100 from Targets. A year later the canopy fabric is full of holes from the sun. We have only taken it out for yard sales and on a few other occasions. Targets only returns items up to 90 days. I was told to contact the manufacture of this item Westfield Outdoors, also under the label name Embark. Westfield told me they only cover the item if it is defective out of the box at time of purchase. I told the costumer service EZ-UP canopies would have had warranty coverage for their tarp for that short amount of time that we had this one. He was not helpful at all. I will not buy any more junk made by Westfield or suggest anyone else does either.
