USA Nails

I’ve been here at least two dozen times for both acrylic and gel nails, with a spa pedicure every time. Despite the fact that a couple of the nail technicians are subpar, overall, the technicians are good enough that I kept going back. However, I would always cringe when a particular technician, Kathy I believe it is, would be the one to do my nails. I think she may be an owner of the salon. I have had her do my nails about five times and, because of her, I will never go back to USA Nails. She is in too big of a hurry, even when the salon is not busy, and often does not finish the gel nails correctly. She will not let them completely dry and, one time, failed to wipe them off after coming out from under the UV light and I had to have them redone. In fact, I have had to have nails she did for me redone three of the five times she’s done my nails. (On each of those occasions, I was going on vacation and would have them done at my destination.)
About three or fpur of the technicians at USA nails, I would rate at 4 or 5 stars. I am sorry I do not have their names to provide to you. But the few technicians that are poor, are very poor — enough that I will never go back again. Rather, I will go out of my way to travel further to go to a different salon.

I was looking for a place close to work that was clean and friendly and this was a great find! The staff was very friendly. I went in just before their cutoff for appointments on a weekday and they didn’t rush through my pedicure or anything. They did a great job and the pedicure lasted a few weeks with no chips. I’ll definitely go back!

Friendly staff and luxurious massage chairs. I like this place. It’s not super fancy, but neither am I so I feel comfortable here. The only thing I find annoying: after several years of coming here (usually just to get my brows waxed) they still ask– every single time– «your lip, too?» No. I do not want my lip waxed, ever. Stop asking!!!
