Probably the worst Wendy’s in town. Because my kids were active in many after-school activities, we frequented this restaurant often. The customer service is horrible. A manager took our order and when we got to the pickup window, he said they didn’t have the salad we ordered. While he is getting our sandwiches, the employee brings a salad and says we found one. When the manager comes back, he asks«US» where the salad come from. We only ordered it, not work there. After the employee said he found one, they proceed to argue back and forth while we are waiting for our food and the line behind us is getting longer… so much so that someone started blowing their horn. 2 cars immediately behind us pulled off even after ordering. Good thing we hadn’t paid yet because we pulled off as well. A week or so later, we decided to try again. This time ordering 4 large double cheeseburger combos with large drinks… strawberry lemonade, diet coke(or Pepsi) HiC and a Frosty. All of the drinks were wrong except the Frosty, but it was melting. The sandwiches were horrible. Burgers looked and tasted as if they had been sitting with the cheese on them for a while and warmed up. The cheese didn’t look fresh. This location is a detriment to the motto«hot &juicy». A shame because we have eaten at Wendy’s location in Schaumburg, IL and the sandwiches were so hot, you couldn’t hold them. Much improvement needed because there is too much competition and other choices in this area… King Ribs, Wingstop, KFC/Taco Bell, McDonald’s, and Jimmy Johns

I visited this location this past Saturday to purchase 3 of the Barbeque Brisket sandwiches. While going thru the drive thru, the order taker answered the phone while in the middle of giving my order and didn’t bother to excuse herself. My son and I drove up to get the order, paid for it, and went home to eat. I virtually live about 5 minutes away. When I got home, my food was not only cold, but the buns were hard, the fries were cold, and my baby’s nuggets were sprawled out in the bag. I immediately went back to make a proper complaint. The manager came up and apologized, took my food and said that she would remake everything. To my surprise, the food was worser than the first batch. I made up my mind then and there that I will never buy food from this location again. There was hardly no meat on the bun, and the sandwich did not taste like the first onei bought at the 22nd& Meridian location. Save your time and your money… If you want good food from Wendy’s, find another location, just not this one! If I could, I would give them no star rating at all, but I’m forced to click one.

Worst Wendy’s ever! 9 $ for a combo and it’s horrible cold and very old cheese! It has been horrible for years and I’m not sure why this place hasn’t been closed down!!! They never say hi or thank you!

Got charged for a jr. bacon cheeseburger and got just a cheeseburger. I was in a hurry to go back to work from lunch and with the price of gas, it’s not worth going back to get my money back. Bad service!
