I locked my key inside my house and had to call a locksmith. A guy showed up in an unmarked vehicle with out-​of-​state license plates and with no company ID or papers. I called their number again and the «Dispatch» woman (would not offer a name) said that management was «unavailable» and she couldn’t give me any proof they are bonded or licensed. She also would not confirm their physical address. The only «papers» she would offer was an emailed receipt after work was done and paid. I didn’t trust them to open my house and sent them away. «David Moiel» (what it said on his plastic generic contractor ID) still wanted to charge me $ 15 for him showing up! I said nope, and he took off in a huff. Good and bye-​bye — you will not be getting a key to my house or my credit card.
