The Secret Ingredient

I live in DC and shop here whenever I visit relatives in IN. The clothes are high quality and stylish but affordable. And they also have great seasonal sales I sometimes stumble on. I don’t like to miss a shopping trip here when I’m back in IN. It’s actually my favorite clothing store anywhere.

I was visiting from out of town several weeks ago and stopped into this lovely store. The sales people are very friendly and helpful, and the store is filled with gorgeous, unusual clothes that you don’t typically see in department stores, which I love! I bought a rather expensive blouse, took it home (I live on the west coast), and several weeks later I finally took of the tags and put on the blouse, only to discover a flaw in the fabric. I was very worried since it is a small boutique, but I called and they said to send it back and they would absolutely refund my money! They did not make me feel bad about it or question me in any way. THAT is good customer service.
Since I am not around to shop often, or tell all my friends (since I don’t live there), I’m spreading the word this way. They deserve some recognition for being a top notch place to find that «secret ingredient» outfit!
And when I come back to visit, you can bet I will make time to shop there again.
