This was the most unbelievable customer service experience I have ever had. I placed my order at 3:32 pm on a Saturday and received a confirmation email immediately which said«your order will be delivered at 4:17pm.» Soon after I called in to add some dipping sauces to my order. I waited on hold while I could hear everyone in back looking for my order, and after they told me the didn’t receive the order they finally found it several minutes later. I added the sauces and authorized the higher payment. At 4:33pm I called in because my pizza had not yet arrived. I spoke with a woman who insisted over and over that the delivery time was 5:09pm and that I was wrong. I explained that I wasn’t arguing the fact that her ticket said 5:09, rather I was arguing that if a customer is told 4:17 is the delivery time and then the store is told 5:09 then the discrepancy is a customer service issue. She refused to believe that my confirmation said 4:17. Over an hour and a half is a ridiculous time to wait for one large pizza. She proceeded to yell«OHTHATSOKYOUCANHANGUPONME!!!» Click… And she hung up the phone. I called back and spoke to a «manager», who was no help at all and still insisted that the pizza would be here at 5:09. At 5:00, the delivery driver arrived(who was the only employee who cared in the least about what happened) brought our pizza and apologized up and down for the confusion. I showed him the confirmation and he agreed that I was not crazy and the pizza should in fact have been delivered by 4:17. OH, and after all that, NOSAUCES and the pizza was luke warm with hard cheese. So, I call into the store once again and the woman answered the phone. I requested a manager and she claimed that she IS the manager… Not what I was told last time so clearly they all just pretend to be managers whenever it’s convenient. I asked to speak to the male manager again, and requested from him that they send the sauces back with the driver and give me a refund for my trouble. If in fact the delivery time was 5:09, the driver would not be back to my house with my sauce until 5:30 which would STILL make my order late. But nope, no can do. No refund. No acknowledgement that my complaint was valid and no attempt to retain a good customer. In fact, HE hung up on me too. The only light in this situation is that minutes later the delivery driver called me to let me know he was on his way back and again apologized for his coworker’s behavior. Looks like two people should be fired for terrible customer service and a bad attitude and«someone» should get a promotion. I will never order from this location again and will be calling the store manager when she arrives in the morning. Don’t bother with this Pizza Hut — the stuffed crust isn’t that great anyways.
