For a quick carb load Fazoli’s is great. We went on 9/​18, used the drive thru and ordered 2 baked Ziti’s… Marinara, not meat sauce. When we picked up the order at the window we asked, «No meat sauce right, Marinara?» It was confirmed by the window attendant … when we set down at home to enjoy … MEAT SAUCE.
We drove back and went inside, explained our experience to a young lady working out front. She went right to work getting the manager involved and getting our replacement order going… gave us breadsticks while we waited.
The manager was very apologetic, refunded our money and gave us more breadsticks and a slice of Chocolate Cake… that cake is to die for :-).
Hated that we had to go all the way back but it was nice that they made it right… there is so much competition for fast food and that Fazoli’s location knows how to keep a customer… we’ll go back for sure!

I am not a big fast food eater (nor am I a big chain restaurant reviewer), but this Fazoli’s deserves some love. I come in perhaps once a month and order the exact same thing every time. The employees are always polite, and my order is always delivered correctly. They are forthcoming with the breadsticks, which are well-​cooked the majority of the time. The restaurant is clean. One of my only (silly) complaints is that the trash cans have a hole the size of a CD, which makes cleaning up a little difficult. This location accepts expired coupons, which is always a plus! It can get a little crazy on the kids night (Tuesday), but there are good deals to be had if you can tolerate the crowd.

One of the best Fazoli’s in the area. The food here is fresh and served hot. The plates and dinnerware are clean every time. The best thing about this Fazoli’s are its employees. They are always positive and upbeat, and will go out of their way to help you — offering to carry food or a high chair for you without even being asked, for example. When placing our order, the order taker is patient and knowledgeable about the current specials and entrees. They come around regularly to offer refills on breadsticks. This is a clean and family friendly Fazoli’s. The drive thru is also a good value. Be sure to sign up for Fazoli’s email offers, as they really help to save money when you need something fast to eat. Tuesday nights are $ 4 off family meals.

As fast food goes this is one of the better run places.
Note however that my rating is relative to other fast food establishments – NOT four star restaurants.
Clean, friendly staff, quick service – good food for the price. I eat here every couple weeks, so they are consistent. They seem to employ a lot of senior citizens, so I guess that has something to do with their success.

Great for fast italian food (not sure that even existed outside an airport before we saw this). Can definitely tell its fast food tho… you get what you pay for, though it’s a great roadtrip stop if you’re looking for fast food that isn’t mcDs or BK.

We ate dinner there tonight because it was near our hotel and because it wasn’t McDonald’s. For fast food, it was actually good (their bread sticks were *really* good; soft and chewy). The prices were quite reasonable and the guy at the counter was very pleasant.
