*sigh*… My good experience here must have been a fluke. Since my last review, we’ve tried to order from them twice more. The first time, we were able to place an order online, but then about five or ten minutes later, we got a call saying that they’re no longer taking orders. Ok. Fine. The second time, we ordered some pizzas online at 9:40 on Saturday night. The short story is that after a phone call and THREE hours go by, we didn’t get pizza at all. So I called today to let them know that they never delivered our pizzas two nights ago. The person I was speaking with said that their driver showed up, knocked, no answer and he called, no answer — all false. Our door was wide open and the phone never rang. When I told him that, he retorted with, «That’s what my driver said.» I repeated myself and then he just sat there… in silence… awkwardly. Then he finally, snarkily said, «What do you want me to do to fix this, ma’am?» Smh. Nothing. I’ll simply never order from you again. Good luck with your«business», Pizza Hut.

It’s difficult to do a review when things are so divided down the middle. You see, I’ve never had an issue with the food at pizza hut. What I do take issue with is an establishment that simply doesn’t care. When you make mistakes, as a consumer driven business, you should want to be told so that proper steps can be taken to correct the problem. What you shouldn’t do is get snarky and dismissive with a customer that simply wants you to know that your driver had been delivering our food for two dag-on days! What you shouldn’t do is be irritated when it is brought to your attention that your incompetent staff took their jobs and their customers so seriously that not only did they not call to say they would be late, not only did they lie and say that someone was on the way, NOTONLYDIDTHEYNEVERDELIVEROURFOOD, but they didn’t even show concern that the event even took place. I’m not going to do too much more complaining because it is my experience that when people don’t care, they just don’t care. I do know that rather than receive the South Park treatment for Unilocalers, I’ll just NEVER… NEVEREVEREVER order from this location again. Eh, no big deal to me, either.

Complete fail! I was hoping that after they tore down the old building and built the new one that they would get their act together. Nope. This location has had problems on and off for years. I love Pizza Hut pizza but I am done with them. Hello Papa Johns! Professional. Prompt. No drama. Every time!

Just awful. Driver delivered only half of my order, promised to come back with the rest, and never did. Tried calling the store, only to have no one pick up. After the driver informed the manager that half the order was missing, the manager simply dismissed it by saying that they’re now closed. He did not try to issue me a refund or even contact me about the missing items in my order. Don’t get me wrong. I get that mistakes were made. We all make them, but the majority of us also do our best to fix them. I just dislike this blatant disregard for professionalism in the service they supposedly provide. Not only did they fail to voluntarily reach out and resolve the issue, they don’t even care enough to reply. They apparently feel, all because their shift has ended, it no longer matters if they finish carrying out their end of the transaction. After all, they’re off the clock. It’s basically no longer their problem anymore. I’ve never had as awful an experience with a restaurant until today. It was so disappointing that I felt compelled to write my first review today. One last thing: At least the driver finally replied that he wasn’t coming back and his reason for not doing so. However, it was only after I called two or three times after waiting for almost an hour. The responsible thing to do would’ve been for the manager or the driver to call and let the customer know, as soon as possible, that the driver wasn’t coming back and what steps the manager would be taking to resolve the matter. Instead, I had to call and find out for myself. And nothing was even resolved in the end. I truly hope that they strive to do better in the future. I also sincerely hope the rest of you have better luck with this location than I did.
