Pizza Hut

Quoted 1 hr or less for a pizza… 1.5 hrs later called to check on it and they say it’s next out the door. It’s currently 2.5 hours later and still no sign. Even told the guy we would come get it if it was over an hr wait, he said it would be roughly an hr to get pizza. This is completely unacceptable. Corporate needs to get a hold of this store. So ridiculous. Will NEVER order from here EVER again

Contrary to the previous review, I have never had a bad experience here. Everyone has always been so helpful and professional. Often they’ll recommend finding and using coupons next time. Good folks. Buy pizza here.

Ordered a pizza at 6:40 and said it would be at my home at 7:23pm. At 7:23 the website said it was just then on its way. So it took 30 minutes to just get the pizza cooked before it even headed my way. The delivery driver called me to ask where my house was as if he couldn’t read the online order. Out of two pizzas, only one was right. My pizza was supposed to have pretzel crust but it was normal and I was missing the two things of cheese I ordered. I called pizza hut and got the manager on the line. At first he probably assumed I was stupid because he told me the cheese sauce would be in the pizza boxes but I told him they weren’t. I know how to open a box and check before I make a angry call. He said they would send it out and they did. But honestly this was just a big pain. It took almost a hour to get my food and it wasn’t even right for doing it online.

I can’t go back to this store ever ever again. We ordered tonight at 7:58 and received an online confirmation that the order would arrived by 9:08pm. I thought that was a little long, but it was Saturday night. At 9:35pm, I called to find out where the pizza was at and they said it would be on it’s way in a couple of minutes. At 10:04pm, they called and said they didn’t have any square pizzas. They didn’t offer any alternatives and I just had to say to cancel the order and they said they could do that. Unbelievably worst pizza delivery experience ever.
