Tuesday Morning

Everyone at this Tuesday Morning location has been friendly every time I’ve visited. Their prices are agreeable, and they also have huge sales on regularly priced items, and clearance items! Check the weekly ad to see when they’re having another monster sale! (Last big one they had, we got patio umbrellas for just $ 29!)

Terrible customer service at this location, EVERY time I go in. It’s close by so I occasionally stop in but every time I do, I swear I’ll never go back. I’m not a rude or obnoxious shopper, but I’m treated as if I don’t exist even though I’m watched like a hawk. Hate to play the race card here, but I think it’s because Im Hispanic. I could be wrong but the managers face seems to say it all when he’s spying me on ever isle with that look of disdain. Or maybe he’s just constipated and I’m reading too much into it.

Half the price of Pier One – and I saw a couple pillows that looked exactly like some I saw at P.O. Plus, I love the variety of stuff here. It’s like an upscale version of Big Lots. All kinds of neat gift and home stuff. I am not sure if it’s a recent addition, but they even had curtains. Definitely a place I go to check out when you’re looking for something quirky or off the beaten path.

It’s mostly close-​outs. It’s like an upscale Big Lots, things that were upscale and «boutique» that didn’t sell, being reduced. But whereas Big Lots has mostly junk, here it’s mostly high quality, and gourmet stuff, that just didn’t sell.
They have clothing, household, bed-​and-​bath frou-​frou items. Some lawn/​garden stuff. Some toys, fitness products, men’s clothing/​accessories. A small electronics section. Most Tuesday Morning locations have a good selection of kitchen pots/​pans/​utensils. Though only a small selection of food/​condiments/​candy/​coffee.
As the name implies, they usually get new inventory on Tuesday mornings.
The staff are noticeably more professional and helpful than at Big Lots.
(That said, I still do more shopping at Big Lots, for the deals, than at Tues Morning.)
