Worst customer service ever in my whole life. I ordered a pizza, like I have many other times, hey, I like papa John’s. Expecting it to be here in 30 – 40 minutes I wait an hour then decide to call. Well I guess the driver tried to call but they had my old cell number that they got from my online order placement. I changed my number 8 months ago and have ordered papa John’s maybe once a month and never had a problem with them just showing up with a hot, fresh pizza. So the manager took down my current number and said the driver was on the way. I wait another 40 minutes and call back because, you guessed it, no pizza. I told her this time that I would like to cancel my order but she insists the driver should be here anytime. I guess he maybe shows up five minutes or so later but in all it took them two hours to deliver a cold pizza. To top of this pleasant experience the driver forgot our Pepsi. Ok. I go down to the village pantry to get a coke where guess what! My local gas station buddy is eating dominos! He told me they shouldn’t have charged me which I paid 20 for the 14 $ order including tip. And including the Pepsi we didn’t get. So I get home and my husband has the pizza warming in the oven and has spilt garlic sauce on the floor. Great. So I call back. Just hoping the manager can tell me something good. She immediately starts in about the phone number and them not being able to call me… I cut her off because that’s not what I want to hear… I got a cold pizza, 2 hours late, no Pepsi, and it wasn’t cut into squares as requested. While she is apologetic, she says all she can do is offer us 35% off our next offer. Well, I basically lose it. I work in customer service. And that place needs to learn some. There is something called the LEARN model that a lot of places I have worked at teaches you… Maybe you guys at papa John’s on east Washington should start there. I will never be ordering from this location again which I’m pretty upset about. It’s pretty easy to make the customer happy and pizza places usually have a leg up because there is always a need for pizza. I will try to contact their corporate office. I wish I could leave them 0 stars but hey, here’s one star for the one cold pizza and the one customer you will never have again!

Watch your Bill. They routinely overcharge(I have had it happen 3 times) and then they are irritated by the hassle it causes them. Apparently they are not accustomed to people that pay attention. They actually just gave me all my money back once instead of correcting it, but, the way it was presented was like«go away, we are too busy to apologize or deal with it.». That left a bad taste in my mouth. But nothing tastes worse than Papa John’s owner’s political spewing. Pizza is a B-.
