Papa John’s Pizza

Papa johns…
So I personally have never gotten delivery or called in my order, I have always ordered on the website so I will not be rating delivery or call in.
Overall this location is pretty good when it comes to overall quality. Nicest papa johns in the area. 4 stars to service and overall quality.
However it is papa johns… I personally think there are better pizza places on the west side of the circle city *cough cough* Noble Romans *cough cough* that you would also enjoy.

Hey, so, I ordered a pizza last night. I understand you would be busy, but there is truely no excuse for what happened. The order finally comes. The drivers leaves, and we notice that it is ‘Tammy Hays’ order. Okay, mix ups happen. We call and they send us the right order, and ask for the other order back, even though we had started eating it because we hadn’t realized it wasn’t ours. We told the driver this, and he got angry and left again. Then we notice that we do not have the 2 liter we ordered. We were getting very tired of this, so we called again, the driver came back and gave us the 2 liter. As the driver leaves, it was the WRONG 2 liter. At this point we just GAVE UP and stopped calling. I’ve never had an experience this bad with this store. I’m not sure what happened, but unless you can make it right, you will lose my business, as well as my friends.

Well I haven’t technically eaten here yet. But so far it seems short staffed for 12pm on a Tuesday. I tried to ring my order on the 5 minute drive here and it kept ringing. I made it here and physically placed my order after I parked (as I write this the phone rang 6 times and the guy parked it).
Back to my order. Somehow as I am the only one here its still going to be 20 minutes.
So what’s the pizza going to be like? Who knows but it’s papa johns. So 2 stars is pretty graciously good.
