Whatever happened to Kroger? This place has outlived it’s usefulness. Went on a weekday evening for simple items. Grits. Heavy cream. Shrimp. Everything has been replaced by various brands of «alternatives» like non dairy or soy stuff. Nothing I needed was there. Tried to use their website to see if the items had been moved somewhere else… You can’t even use there online aisle locator now unless you sign up!!! Tried to go old fashioned and ask for help, employee just shrugged and said hmm… Massive checkout lines, and people can’t figure out how to get in and out of this parking lot as everyone else has commented on. So long Kroger. You deserve to become a relic of the past.

This location is busy most of the time with a parking lot that folks seem to have problems maneuvering for some reason. They need a much larger parking lot dedicated to Kroger for the amount of traffic since being built so many years ago. Nice store and convenient on Rockville Road. The store itself has a decent selection of the most popular items with fresh veggies, bakery items and dairy. I have to give a shout out to an employee stocking dairy who actually took time to search back cooler for an item for me. Most just tell me their out without actually checking. This person searched and brought out the last case which I purchased. The meat department also has been very helpful with cuts of meats needed and not in case. Several have made special cuts for my requests.

What the crap is the parking lot all about. Very difficult to get in and out of this store. I prefer Meijer for my weekly shopping but frequent this store for one or two items throughout the week. They have a guy at the U-Scan lane that seems to think he invented the idea of U-Scan but at least he takes pride in his work. T
