I’m a fan of Panda Express, I go to Panda almost every week as I travel for work. I’ve been to many branches around the country and always enjoyed their food. However, something specially different about this location. I ate here two consecutive days; first day I’ve noticed they have unusually large amount of food in their warmers which is unusual for Panda. They normally have enough for he anticipated amount of customers and they’ll make it as needed, however their dish is piled high and it wasn’t even busy. I ignored signs as I really like their food. The second day I went back for dinner, this time much earlier at 3pm. Dinner hasn’t even started yet and rush hour won’t start till later that evening. Again, they have their food pile high! Later that night I started feeling Ill; I Vomited multiple times and a severe case of Fever– definitely signs of food poisoning! I should have known the first day when I saw all that food– they keep the food longer than required! I would caution anyone going here, if you see the food piled high, avoid it like a plague. I know the food poisoning might be random but keep in mind, food kept longer and sits in an open air is likely to contract Bacteria! I’ve reported this location to their corporate as I believe they are not following guidelines on how much food they should be making and how long they should be kept in the warmers. I’ve been to enough Panda Express sites that i see the difference in the quality. Good luck!

They need to do something about the staff and the food is ho-hum, blah. Don’t waste your time. It is a real shame, because this used to be a good place to eat when they opened. Apparently, the owner doesn’t hang around much to notice the situation. Too bad!

The food here is of excellent quality and is always hot and very fresh. However, I tend to visit during peak times, so that may help with the food being fresh. They have a good variety of entrees that switch out daily. The great taste of the food, and it’s ability to satisfy my cravings for Chinese food are what gets it 3 stars instead of just 2. And now, the negatives: service is fairly poor. Servers are inattentive and less than enthusiastic. Despite having 2 cooks working, the food seems to consistently run out while I’m ordering at lunchtime. I think the prices are about 20% higher than they should be. The drive thru, however, is pretty quick.

I gave Panda Express a second chance but nothing has changed. The vegetables are not fresh and the chow mein is old and smelly. Although the Bejing Beef is tasty, if u want fast and bad chinese food then this place is a must.

I cannot believe these reviews that I am reading. This had to be one of the worst places that I have ever eaten at. The fried rice was simply disgusting and tasted like it came from a dumpster. The«meat» in the dishes was very hard and plastic like as if some Lego pieces got thrown in by mistake. The food was highly processed and it tasted very old. Maybe I caught this place on a bad day but as someone who makes Asian cuisine at home with a wok, I can say that the food is really really bad. It is also very pricey considering that I have had microwave entrees that had more texture and flavor to them. We wished we had never walked in there.

Best fast food place ever. I’m not a fan of chain and I’m less of a fan of fast food, but Panda is a winner. The orange chicken is everyone’s favorite. They easily sell twice as much of that as anything else. My favorites are the noodles, orange chicken, mushroom chicken, and beijing beef. I like that you can get noodles, fried rice, or steamed rice and up to three dishes. I like the variety. The beijing beef is spicy, the orange chicken is sweet with a bit of spice, and the mushroom chicken is very mild. Favorite fast food drink is their peach green tea. I so wish I could buy this in a store, but it appears to be exclusively available at Panda.

I love to cook, I love to eat, I love great food. So… when I got to Panda Express People always laugh at me. Mostly being asian. Asian people laugh at me and lately i have noticed many other cultures do too. It is known as the white people asian food apparently. Sometimes though I just crave some rice and the food at Panda express is always consistent and it doesn’t feel greasy. I would agree that it’s not authentic by any means at all… BUT, Most of them have a drive through which I LOVE! This particular one on the south side did a special request for me when I wanted just broccoli and mushroom and he made it so delicious and gave me a whole container of it as my second entrée. Couldn’t love them more! The white rice is delicious with any of their sauces, but my favorite thing there is the walnut shrimp. Simply divine. Lightly battered shrimp in a light honey sauce with a few walnuts thrown in. It doesn’t have much of a sauce and it’s an extra dollar since it’s shrimp, but it is delicious!!! If you are going in to pick your food, make sure if it looks dry, it is — and don’t get it. Simple as that!

The food is just OK but hey, it’s fast food. They charge a dollar extra for each shrimp entrée which makes my two entrée plate $ 7.99 instead of $ 5.99. The last time I had fried rice, it was bland and dry. I had to add my own soy sauce at home. I saw Dav W. mentioned the«prompt» service. I’ve had the exact opposite experience. I always wait a long time at the drive-through. Since the food is already made just sitting there waiting to be dished out, I’m not sure why that is.

Food wasn’t ready during the dinner rush. No counter person, and drive thru was slow. Must have been short staffed that day. Ordered beef and broccoli and got raw broccoli instead.

Decent Americanized(cheap, processed, sweet) food, but the service is really sub-standard. Never a smile, only a mock faceplate of civility. Always out of something, condiment stand always out of something, yadda, yadda. It sounds like a management problem to me. I say avoid until things improve.

Love, love, love the prompt service, 98% correct orders(mistakes will happen with«fast food»; it’s just simple odds), excellent customer service, and tasty food. My regular dish is 2 entrée double orange chicken with steamed rice. If you’re not using chopsticks, then you’re only tainting the flavor. I firmly believe eating Asian food with the proper utensils only adds to the flavor and experience.

Being Asian I get made fun at for going to Panda Express, I know it’s not really authentic Chinese food. I can’t help it I really like their orange chicken and chow mein noodles! So every time I pass by a Panda express I would get a craving. This location is pretty nice because they have a drive-thru. The service was pretty fast and they were really friendly. Didn’t have any complaints about my food because I got a fresh batch.

Great new addition to the southside! My husband and I love to swing by for some great Chinese –a great alternative to some of the sketchy local Chinese buffets. I also love the price, you can get two entrees and one side for around $ 5 –plenty of food for two! I absolutely love their spicy orange chicken. Sometimes the rice is a little dry, but that is my only complaint. Fast and friendly service and clean, enjoyable restaurant.
