Service was awful I’m sorry to say. Two of our group ordered drinks off of the adult beverage special menu and finally after the third time of the waitress coming back to say sorry we don’t have the right ingredients and them choosing something else the manager came and explained that he was sorry but they weren’t actually offering those anymore. They chose a regular drink at that point but he didn’t bother to offer them one. We waited for 45 minutes on our food even though they were not busy. Then to top it off since it was«free pie» Wednesday we decided to each get a piece to go. Got home and opened it up to eat and they had sent the wrong kind. Smh

Thought the«grand opening» meant it would be better. Wallpaper, paint and new décor can’t clean the dirty utensils we received. Good food, not very clean restaurant. We probably won’t go back, it was disappointing.

Update: Im very happy to have received direct contact from the head of guest relations. This, to me, shows that they care about their resteraunt and are looking to improve. Definitely going to try this place again.

We wanted to eat here last week. When we walked in the hostess(I think her name was Tammy) was very flustered and didn’t even look at us when we walked in. We asked for a booth and we were rudely informed that a waitress was getting mad at her for not sitting people in her section and said she had no other choice. She didn’t apologize or even give us a choice to wait for a booth. After we were give our table(not booth) we got up and left. Very poor service.

I ordered a medium well steak, and I got it and it was cold and dry! It was well, well done. Also, I ordered baby green beans and they were also pretty cold once biting into them. The service was great, just not some much the food. We also got kids chicken tenders and they were hard to cut and even to bite into… Very disappointed !

My girlfriend’s steak wasn’t cooked right for the second week we came here. The rest of the food was either decent or terrible, but nothing was really good. Three tables were served before we were and we were seated first. We didn’t receive bread until the main course was done. The drinks were few and far between when they were needed. The manager did give a discount, but it still was not worth all the trouble. Terrible experience at this location hope another can do much better.

Did the Prime Rib for 2 tonight with a friend. The service was fine. Our shared app was the Tater Tot Fondue. A fancy name for a simple dish, but it was good. We were scared about the quality of a prime rib at such a low cost. I was very pleasantly surprised! Cooked to order, good flavor, and a generous portion. Maybe not St. Elmo quality, but I’d definitely get it again.

The food was cold and tasteless. The service was poor and unprofessional. Our servers hands smelt like cigarette smoke that hadn’t been washed off in a while and she could barely multi task. However, she was very nice and tried her best. I won’t be returning to this location it was unappetizing.

Horrendous doesn’t even begin to sum up the«service». From raw food that the server was bothered by me letting her know about, to me never seeing her. I have had bad service the last couple times, but thought I would give another try. Never again. I would rather drive south or north.

This place is hit or miss. Sometimes I get great service and delicious food(as with my most recent experience) and sometimes you wait forever for food that is barely warm and bland. The potato soup is always a hit and on Wednesday they offer ‘free pie’ — one slice with every entrée purchased. I wouldn’t call this place a steakhouse, usually the steaks here are a tad chewy and flavor lacking but the French dip is good, salads are good, and the Cajun chicken pasta also. Not a bad place just your typical chain restaurant.

This is one of the worst places to eat on the east side. We got our salads with the food and my steak was over cooked. Took forever to get the replacement or drink refills. The manager even stopped by our table said she would check on it. When they returned with another steak it was burnt on the outside. Our bill was wrong we had extra charges. The whole experience was bad! Don’t go. I had to rate a 1 but, wasn’t worth that!

Our table top was greasy and visibly dirty. Two sets of silverware they gave me had food stuck to them. I’m not being picky, these were chunks. If the front of the place is like this, what’s the back end look like? My lunch was very average. The biggest negative was how dirty it was.

I used to have a negative opinion of this chain restaurant, but my last few visits have definitely changed my mind. The food has been great(would recommend the Louisiana steak), the facility is clean, and the wait staff are some of the friendliest people I’ve met at a restaurant. I would recommend this restaurant to anybody in the area, especially on free pie Wednesdays.

Excellent french dip sandwich. Friendly service. Nothing out of the ordinary. My brother got a steak that looked perfectly cooked and he loved it. I’ll probably try it the next time.

We used to have a very negative opinion of this place until we finally complained to management and corporate over issues with the hostesses, inventory levels(out of rolls), and waitstaff. The response was immediate and they seem to have turned a corner in the last year. Our last half dozen visits have been great.

It’s a chain, sure, but it does what good chains do: Provide quality food consistently across locations. My favorite is the pecan crusted chicken tender salad. Candied walnuts, dried cranberries, and mandarin oranges mixed in with the fresh lettuce and topped with the delightfully crusted chicken and a balsamic vinaigrette. I know the chicken is fried but so good!
