Constant security breaches, they refuse to allow you to report a fraudulent charge without physically going into a branch to sign paperwork. This branch isn’t open Saturday at all. After a large charge was reported as fraudulent, they allowed the charge to go through, overdrafting my account and charging me for it. I feel like they have security breaches at least every other month issuing new cards all the time. I ordered new checks in January, which I paid for, and STILL have not received them.
