I had always gone to the one downtown with much satisfaction but tried this one for my latest framing job. Another job well done, although this location seems a little more cluttered and distracted.

I am new to Indianapolis, I am an art collector and I like to pay a premium to have the prints I buy framed very nicely with Museum glass so I took my latest expensive art print into this place and everyone seemed nice. I found the frame I wanted and patiently waited 2 weeks and went to pick it up. Completely disappointed with the total lack of care by the framers here, having had pieces framed at a multitude of other places this place really truly produces subpar work, the museum glass which I paid 5 times more for than conventional glass had major scuffs and dust inside the frame, I asked if they could fix it and the kid opened up the print and did but then I got it home and it was still scuffed and the print had shifted in the frame and was crooked, so here I am having paid great money to have my new print«PROFESSIONALLYFRAMED» and I have to open up the print and fix it my damn self, very frustrating, on top of that the wire they put on the back is very thin and will not hold a piece this heavy over the long term, I asked them if they ever use the thick wire coated in plastic and he said those are nice but we dont use them cause they are more expensive. I would not and will not use this framer again. Go somewhere where they care about the quality of work they produce. If anyone knows of a great framer in Indianapolis, please put me in touch!
