I reserved on line at 5:45. The place closes at 6:00.i got there at 6:01 and they did not wanted to receive me, poor customer service! Not coming back to this location!

I look fantastic! I have difficult hair; it’s thick (it would nicely serve 2 – 3) and wavy. I like it full but not pouffy; smooth, but not straight; I prefer it round-​brushed; oh and no product, please. In short, my hair is difficult and I’m particular. I was definitely in good hands today! Thank you to the hairdresser — first one on the left whose name I don’t remember. You made my day! And I will be the hottest grandmother at the graduation tonight!

Been to several other Great Clips and this one was the most rushed. It might have been the stylist — I forgot her name — Matilda or Mality… something like that but I sensed that she was eager to get rid of me even though there was nobody waiting.

My favorite Great Clips! They are one of the few that honor ALL Great Clips coupon. This is my third haircut here and it’s been great, friendly service every time. For a chain thats rare, in my experience.
