Used again. Absolutely flawless. Jennifer Audrey and Stephanie, the below negative remarks, seem idiotic. I don’t believe, based on there comments, this business deserves there low reviews.

3÷20÷15 Today I received flowers from my good friend that were provided by Flowers by Valerie. Very pretty, unfortunately I’m allergic to the pink flowers added to the beautiful roses, so I had to modify the arrangements. Nice addition to my office.

I placed two orders for Mother’s Day. One was for my step mother in Massachusetts because they offer a network of florists nationwide and the other was for my mom in Indianapolis. Within a few hours, Chris called to let me know that the Massachusetts florist was more expensive and offered either a refund or to charge me the additional. I opted to pay the additional 50% charge to have the flowers delivered. Initially, they were supposed to be delivered on Friday, but today I was notifies that they won’t arrive until tomorrow, which is Monday. They refunded the additional charge, which satisfied me. I understand that things happen on busy weekends and that this is coming from a different florist. Unfortunately, I realized when I got to my mother’s house that the flowers arrived, but the Willow Tree figurine did not. They are now closed and I won’t be able to speak to anyone until tomorrow. I sent an email to the comments email address and got an auto reply that the mailbox isn’t monitored, so that gets me nowhere either. The flowers are beautiful and I loved that I got emailed a picture of the specific arrangement that they were delivering, but I am frustrated that both of my orders did not arrive in full on Mother’s Day. So far, Chris has given me exceptional customer service, so I have zero complaints about that aspect of my transactions. I’m sure they will fix the issue, but it’s very disappointing when a gift doesn’t arrive complete and on-time. Update: they went above and beyond to fix the problems that arose. They upgraded the gift to my mother and are sending a gift certificate for a future order. As upset as I was yesterday, they have done what needed to be done to make it right for me. Second update: I have still not received the gift certificate that was promised. I will use another florist from now on.

Customer service was horrible! I just missed the delivery person by 10 minutes and when he called to leave a message, he did not leave his number and blocked his number. The delivery person had my correct address but was confused as to where my townhouse was located. I called the number he left for the main office and they would not call the driver and stated if he left a message then he had already left and he could not be disturbed. There was nothing that could be done and who knows when the flowers will be delivered.

I’ve found it’s a bit of a gamble when you order flowers from afar. What will the arrangement look like? What is the quality of the flowers? Did they follow my direction? When will it deliver? I’m very happy to share you need not worry with Flowers by Valerie. They sent me an email with delivery confirmation AND a photo they took of the arrangement I ordered! How fantastic is that?! When I called, I wanted the flowers delivered same day to my Granny. I was fairly specific about what I wanted and didn’t want as far as flowers, design, size and greenery. At the end of taking my order she asked for my email address and said they would send a picture of the flowers. I didn’t think much of it until I got the email and realized — yay, my Granny got her flowers and I’m looking at the flowers she received! I’ve used other florists in Indy, but I won’t anymore. They did an amazing job and I really love the email confirmation.
