I understand people make mistakes. If you want your order cancelled and the order will be going through this location check back with them multiple times. I was told my order had been cancelled and that my money would be refunded. Of course, I didn’t question or call back until after I found out it was delivered. When I called to ask what had gone wrong the person said they would send a delivery person over to pick it up. I cannot imagine sending someone a gift then them get a knock on their door to take that gift away. Oh well. Just another lesson and how I will never use this shop again.

I understand you can’t always get great customer service because some people just have bad days. Well when I went in to get my mother something for Valentine’s Day the lady that helped me barely smiled and I’m not sure if she was having a bad day but at least be a little friendly. It isn’t your business its your bosses so represent somewhat of a good name for them. Also you can’t just go in and expect a fresh arrangement to come out so call ahead so they’ll have some time to make it. Call ATLEAST an hour ahead. That’s all I’ve got to say. Everyone else can experience themselves. Good luck
