So, I have mixed thoughts on this place. On the first hand, I have been able to accomplish what I came in to do. That’s. plus. The staff had been pleasant, and friendly, though most of the times I have been in for self service items or very medial tasks. I do appreciate their courtesy. Now… Beyond that, some things that are a little irritating: –The computers are slow; while I’m aware not to expect the fastest functioning machine, I clicked on the Internet browser the second my computer timer started(once loading/initializing was done). It took 15 seconds to load Firefox. Not even displaying the web page, I clicked stop… Entered my URL, logged in, hit print. –The printer was not responsive. It takes a while to send the document to the printer, the printer said it was busy(no one else using it), then that it was warming up. Sounds a little odd eh? So at the end of the day to take 3 quick actions, and I do type fast, to print, it took over 3 minutes of billed time. Also; the toner alert had been on each time I’ve been Into this location. Part of this is probably due to the fact that I have impeccable timing. And in my own experience, I’ve seen toner alerts go on a bit before they have squeezed out near their last drop. One visit this led to a printing that was clearly faded, but for this purpose I didn’t need the utmost clarity. The other times, all prints and copies have worked as expected. I guess it seems harsh to log directly into a site, click a button, click print, and have 2 black and white pages… All of it my action… And it cost between 2 – 3 dollars. Especially when 30 cents, or one minute of that is clearly due to a slow functioning machine /Internet connection. I’m glad to pay per minute, but at that rate it seems like they could afford to beef up the computers or the Internet package a little bit. Or, if this slowness is due to processes still running after startup, there could be a 60 second head start. Just pulling out ideas. I have no idea what it is, I just know it was slow for me. I would just like to see the computers and internet to go faster or cost less if its going to lag. I have a feeling if I had any heavy lifting as far as site and file size go, the amount of waiting time would continue to pile up. Their could be a discount for more minutes, but I did not seem to see one. I don’t really have any real issues, its convenient for what it is… Blah blah, ill be back again. But I am going to just stew in my head as I pay new Dodge prices to use a pinto with 250k+ miles…

I had never been here until recently, and now I’ve been about three times in a week. Kim was super helpful(I was printing invitations). She helped me fix issues with my invite(formatting), and I actually thought the prices for that were good(compared to what I looked at online). Disclaimer-I designed the invitations with publisher, they were not designed there. I do not know if that costs more.

I have had several experiences here, none of which were good. The service is extremely slow and the prices are high. There’s always some sort of mistake that is made, and it has taken up an extraordinary amount of my time. The first time I patronized the shop, I had to call a general manager, who was located at another store, to file a complaint. The second time, I had to pay several different times because the clerk kept forgetting to add charges. How annoying! The only positive experience I’ve had there was when I was dropping off a prepaid package. The store is small, crowded, and understaffed. I only go there out of convenience – and avoid it like the plague. Choose another location!
