This location is a good choice for a fast food place. I have been to several other Fazolis and this one is pretty decent. The dining room is always clean and the staff is always nice. The other Fazolis kind of smell like carpet mildew but this one doesn’t.

WORST service! When we first arrived my brother had asked if they did a military discount? The attendant responded that they did senior discounts. And i corrected him and said«we said military not senior.» He then went on to tell me that HIS brother was in the military, but he doesn’t consider him military because all he does is tell people to go when a light flashes. Which never the less, what ever he is doing, if his a part of the military, so be it. The military all works together, and everyone involved within it is in service to our country. Anyways, as he continues on he says that basically the only difference between him and his brother is that he walks a mile to work, where as his brother only has to work out at 6am. he does the same thing but gets paid less to walk to work and he does more work than his military brother. totally offensive in his mannerisms and gestures and wording belittling a service man! and disgusted me that this arrogant little brat could even call himself an american! If you can’t support those who give their lives for you and work day in and day out 24⁄7 should in my opinion leave the country! Go somewhere else since you believe it to be so much better. Meantime my brother goes and sits down, becoming stressed with the situation(he was in a parachuting accident in the military, broke his back and both of his ankles.) So yea, totally rude and arrogant attendant. Once our order was completed, he forgot to give me salad dressing. he came back over and apologized for the lack service, and told me he didn’t know why all his workers were standing around in the back. he then said he’d bring us some bread… our food comes out, and he delivers it(never bringing the bread) and then informs us he’s figured out why his 6 co workers are standing around in the back. they were dealing with a charge back, and had to check the cameras for this transaction. As a customer, i don’t care about your financial issues, and don’t blame everyone else especially your co workers for your errors. it was offensive and unpatriotic. We then went about calling the restaurant, asking to speak to a manager, which the person on the phone says they are in fact a manager… so we lay the story out only to be put on hold so they could get a «senior manager.» What lack horrible service, and how un-american! Do not believe i will be going back here or any affiliates of this company!

Perfect experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everyone we interacted with wanted to know if they could do anything. We had the cook come and discuss how things were made and absolutely wanted to make sure we had enough breadsticks. Two cashiers came to our table and checked on us. Additionally, the staff were actively cleaning everything up(something I want to see). The building was respectable and the seating comfortable. The food was well prepared and hit the spot.

4 stars for the service. Best in Indianapolis on this day. Mid August. Why would a picky guy choose a chain over a crafted pasta? Granddaughter. Messy girl. Wonderful service from the young man at our table.
