I had to write a review about this place, to say how happy I was with the customer service at this location.
The only reason why they didn’t get 5 stars is because of the some of the obviously inferior quality products they carry, but probably about 75% of the store has decent product on the shelves (but you do get what you pay for generally). Also, and this is a tiny gripe, I wish that there were more American made items at this store.
This review was mostly because of the outstanding and friendly customer service I had experienced while there, which is the main reason why I’ll always shop there.

This new location on 38th Street in Georgetown Plaza is larger than old store. They still carry most of the same items as before just more of it. The isles appear to be close to same width as older location. The store is clean and organized. Friendliest of employees is hit and miss. It is easier getting in and out of this location unlike the old location.
