Great customer service can make all the difference and put the cherry on top of your day and your shopping experience. I went to Englin’s searching for some winter boots (fashionable yet durable) and I was immediately greeted by a sales associate. Even though he was attending to another client, he was attentive to me and got me a few different shoes in my size without much waiting time. I actually preferred that he wasn’t hovering over me so I could try on the shoes myself and not feel pressured to make a decision on the spot.
Once I was his only client, he helped me pick out two great pairs of shoes. The icing on the cake was our conversation at the end when we discovered we’re both proud Butler Bulldogs! Small world.

I recently ordered a pair of Vibram FiveFingers Men’s EL-​X from Englin’s online. Their price was the lowest by at least $ 10 than other vendors, but I never heard of them, so I was a little bit suspicious. After some more digging, they seemed legit, so I ordered. The entire transaction was smooth. I liked that I could pay with PayPal, got an email confirmation with a pre-​paid return shipping label and that delivery was quick via UPS Ground. As the one review mentions, search for online coupons. It saved me another 5%. Overall, I got a good deal on a great product. I’m impressed with Englin’s online ordering and will definitely check with them again for my next order.

An unmatched selection of men’s dress shoes to casual styles from several makers. Macy’s eat your heart out! This is the type of place that can educate you on the many diffrent styles of shoes available and find one that you like within your price range. Stores like these are rare and they do their best to personaize their business. They have all 11 current Big Ten teams banners displayed in clever locations and some other shirts of colleges that would reflect their customers backgrounds as well (ie, Harvard, etc.) The service is personable and professional and attention to detail is of the utmost importance. They also have women’s shoes too, but I did not venture to look at them. A real find!

I’ve ordered their shoes online, and have always been happy with their customer service. Returns are free and no-​hassle, and when I’ve sent emails, they’ve always responded promptly and able to fit in my requests. Prices for born shoes are usually $ 10 less than zappo’s.
You can search for online coupons, and usually get 10−15% off. Once you order a pair, you’re on their mailing list and they send coupon codes occasionally.
Great prices and great customer service.
