Love their mocha iced coffee. Most visits have a nice staff and efficient service!
They have great hash rounds too, remind me of potato pancakes from hen I grew up.
Oh, and make sure to try the fudge Cronut. Awesome!

I love DD coffee & donuts. But this location has the worst service. It’s frustrating when the counter person talks to other customers and employees about nothing instead of taking orders. Their sloppy looking and most of them have the personality of a wet rag. To the owner… get involved or get out!!!

For being such a busy location one would expect the service to be equal to the food. A manager who is rude and unwelcoming does not supplement the image of Dunkin Donuts. If you cannot handle the rush hours then maybe you are in the wrong business!

It’s a Dunkin’ Donuts. You should know what to expect. I grew up with these in the Chicago area and I’m glad they’re returning to Indy.
I know craft donuts are all the rage right now, but there’s something to be said for a plain ol’ glazed yeast donut for under $ 1. And the coffee at Dunkin’ Donuts is amazing. Much better than your typical chain coffeehouse.

Ugh hate to write this as I love dunkin doughnuts so freakin much but the service here really just sucks. From the managers on down. They have been open long enough and still just not good. Line the other day 3 people behind counter one working. I don’t care if you a manager or not if you are busy take care of customers in front of you nothing else matters at that point. But gosh dern it I’m going back for them doughnuts so alas you guys win…

Dunkin’ Donuts has been working on their customer service! Usually there are at least a few people working, and I haven’t seen anyone smoking in the drive thru for a while. Could work on maintaining the donut selection throughout the day, but overall improvement.

Loove the iced coffee. Especially from 2 – 6 when they are 99 cents. Don’t usually get much else besides donuts. Which are good of course.

The location was rather clean, and everything looked rather appetizing, but when I attempted to buy something, I waited for over 20 minutes while nobody acknowledged me, and I could see and hear them just gossiping in the back. It was probably just the night shift, but that was my experience.
