We brought our high school band from Washington State. The service and food were great! We had a medical emergency with one of our kids, and the staff went above and beyond to help us out. Thank you guys!

We went in the late afternoon so our food came out super quick. It was good food and our waiter was super fast and friendly. He made it a great experience! The games are always fun and this location had a great variety of games. The game area and facilities were clean and the staff was nice and friendly. It was definitely a fun place to go on a week night to pass some time.

My was my first(and hopefully last) experience at Dave & Busters. I’ll try to just hit the highlights(and I use that term loosely): 1. We were sat pretty quickly… That was the only thing done quickly. We sat for 15 minutes without our server even stopping by to introduce herself. We finally grabbed a manager who was shocked that the waitress standing right next to our table hadn’t stopped by to get us drinks. 2. Another server takes our drink order, our drinks took a while, but at this point we’re starting to get used to it. 3. We order food(we’ve had more than enough time to thoroughly review the menu). Our server says, «It should be quick, we’re not that busy.» Famous last words. The table that was seated after us was almost through their meal before ours even came out. 4. Our food came out, well some of it. Ironically, the soup took the longest to get to the table. Our server finally comes back with the last of our orders and says, «Sorry about the wait. I asked the kitchen staff what the problem was and their response was, ‘Ehhh?! Whatever.’ I’ll talk to them about that.» 5. The food was subpar at best, but by the time we’d gotten it, we just wanted to let the kids play their games and leave. I’ll pass on any future invites here. Definitely didn’t live up to the hype.

Not really my best experience here. The first time I came it seemed like it was better. Started with ordering the Caveman Combo, and it’s served in a pail that flipped over so I was forced to wait for them to re-make it, then we ordered the pull apart pizza bites as an appetizer, the flavor on them wasn’t all that good but the first order had a hair in the food. Secondly my cousin ordered a burger that first came out half done, then the next one had a piece of plastic on the burger. This was to say the least a horrible experience not to mention we drove 2 hours to get here. Our waitress was MIA after getting us our food. If this is the experience we can look forward to, then we certainly won’t return and do not recommend it to anyone.

Great food, good service, fun games that payout well enough to get a decent«prize». Our whole family enjoyed D&B’s and will return! Enjoyed the big screens on the walls to watch sports. Very casual & fun atmosphere.

We decided to «double date» with some friends, leave the kids at home get a couple hotel rooms and have some adult fun at D&B. Well the place was over run with kids. I was so disappointed to be tripping over kids even at 10pm. Not to mention how uncomfortable it made our group to be drinking around so many children. We wrongly assumed that this was a place for adult entertainment and found it to be basically the same as Chuck E Cheese. The food was good, not amazing. Prices were as expected. Alcohol selection was great, the atmosphere(other than screaming kids) was fun and exciting. Games were fun and varied, prize selections were mostly geared toward kids. Wait staff at the bar was spectacular fun and friendly. Other staff on the game floor and prize counter were terribly rude. Overall it was a good night but I will not be going back unless they decided to have a cut off time for children.

Good bye ChuckE cheese hellooooo Dave and Busters. This place is literally a fun room for adults. There is so much going on at D&B’s: a restaurant, a bar, shooting games, and tons of arcade games. The atmosphere is crazy fun and exciting! We went for dinner and it really was good food. Sometimes you go to places like this and they usually don’t do multiple things well, but D&B’s is the exception to this rule. Good food and good fun! Me and two friends ordered the $ 19.99 sampler platter(quesadillas, pretzel dogs, wings, shrimp, and chips), the waitress said it was enough for 3 people but it was not enough food for 3 people(2 being guys who eat a lot). However, there was a lot of variety on the platter! Other friends ordered dessert and drinks and no complaints! We did get to play some games. The play cards were $ 2 each and you got 60 tokens for $ 10 or 100 tokens for $ 20(there were more pricing options). I wish we could have gotten more tokens — I played a game that was 10.5 tokens — so after 6 times I would have been done… So either they should allow more tokens or lower the amount of tokens needed for some of the games. But I paced myself and it was fine. Also, they have a new system where everything is on the card — so your tokens and tickets are loaded onto the card… So no more paper tickets. This took a little time getting used to because some of the games make u swipe the card to redeem your tickets and some don’t. Lastly, you do get to get prizes for the tickets you win. I won 1300 tickets and got 2 packs of candy and a cheap pen. Ticket prices are and little high and some of the prizes were a little immature. But the candy was good. Overall, we had a good experience!

First time I went the building was is a different part of town and I absolutely loved it. This time my boyfriend and I went her for our anniversary. He had a blast. I enjoyed myself too. The down fall though was it was on a Saturday. The building was over crowded. There was also a 2 hour wait for a table. We didn’t eat their food because of this. You also are always running into people when going to play a game. Next time we come we plan to try on a weekday to avoid the crowd. Overall a fun place.

My first experience here was with a work event that was somewhat structured and included a private room and private dining. Not your everyday stop in at Dave and Busters, but we did get to use a lot of the games and ran around the midway for about an hour participating in a scavenger hunt put on by Dave & Busters, which was really fun. If you’re looking for something to do as a team-building exercise for your group or company, I would suggest this. 20 of us were divided into five different teams. We were given a bag, and a folder that contained three or four pages of different questions or items to collect. Each item was assigned a point value, and at the end of 45 minutes, the team with the most points was the winner. We were also given cards to use several of their games as many of the items required us to either play a game or collect tickets. I think this would be somewhat difficult to do if the place was extremely busy, so we came early enough in the day that were about the only ones there and good really run around and do what we needed to without disturbing anyone else. At the end of the 45 minutes, my team tied with another one for first place, so we participated in a tie-breaker. My team won the tie-breaker and was rewarded with cards with extra play on them. We also collected over 1,000 tickets during our scavenger hunt, and we found a little kit with his mom playing games and turned them over to him. Seeing his face and watching his mother struggle to find the words to thank us was probably the most rewarding part of the day… something I would also recommend doing if you can.

Staff here is friendly and efficient. I’ve only had the spinach dip which was fine, nothing amazing. Decent beer and liquor selections available and of course lots of games, bright lights and extremely loud. The concept of this place turns going out with friends into a baffling ordeal. This place is packed, out the door packed on the weekends. Thankfully sitting at the bar bypasses buying tickets, game passes and god knows what else at the entrance desk(and having to stand in line with puking kids waiting for their birthday parties). Overall though it serves the purpose to feed and entertain the masses. I was impressed with the service though, helpful, friendly and attentive.

Fun, but pricy. I do enjoy the fact you can walk around, play games and drink a beer. Definitely a kids place, so don’t go on a weekend night or on a holiday day.

I came here with my 2-year-old on a snow Sunday afternoon. It was very busy. There was a wait for tables in the restaurant, but fortunately we were here just for the games. There’s not much for a 2-year-old to do, but I knew that coming in. We just wandered around while she climbed on all the chairs and games. She had a great time«playing» the games. The arcade area was packed with kids aged 6 – 15. Everyone looked like they were having fun.

This is a fun place to blow a few hours playing video games and earning tickets for junk. The food is ok, not amazing, but they have some great eat and play packages. While they do have some«kid friendly» games, I took my toddler in and she was WAY too young for anything. I’m thinking 5 years old and up is probably the minimum for most games. It is very loud with lots of flashing lights; I didn’t realize the sensory overload until we left and I realized how quiet it became. This is a great place for date night, family night, or to go with a big group. One yuck thing — we came on a very slow weekday and there were multiple un-bussed tables that were dirty we arrived and still that way when we left about an hour later. Gross.

I’ve had two separate Team Building events at D&Bs. The first, last November, was a evening dinner /Scavenger Hunt and truly a success! The food was above my expectations, fresh and delicious. The coordinators assigned to my group were on point and kept the activities on a roll and drinks flowing. We ended the night in the photo booth, with everyone taking home a fun memento of the evening. Fast forward to last week; my second event. It was a lunch /end of day event. I waited at the front for some time for someone to acknowledge me and was shown to our party space. Before long, people started flowing in and orders were taken before the lunch was set up. Overall, okay — but there were several lags in between each activity, which left the group restless. Mind you, it was a Friday before Halloween, so everyone was ready to head out and get their weekend started. Additionally, the food was just ‘so so’, and we had to ask for utensils to cut our meat. There was an extra chafing dish — empty, leaving me to wonder what was missing. «No dessert?», I asked. No, it wasn’t on the contract. I wondered why it wasn’t suggested/included as it was previously? By the time we finished all of our assignments and the scores were tallied, everyone was wiped out and beyond ready to go. The scores were hard to understand and at this point, nobody really cared anyway. Pass on the Mad Dash — not good to do Brain games at the end(especially after many were on the 2nd/3rd drink)! I’d give them 4 Stars based on the first visit alone, but this last left me less than impressed.

I have really no bad things to say about D&B! If you like this type of atmosphere, then this is the place for you. I went here on a Race Car Game excursion with a good friend. It was a Saturday so it was pretty jam packed with people everywhere. Kids, adults, crying babies and puppies — they were everywhere. I don’t have children anywhere — not my own, not in my family, not close by. I am mentally kidless so that can be overwhelming for someone like me, however, if you are focused on kicking butt at games and taking questions later, then it won’t bother you much. ALL the games were pretty full. That would be the down side of a Saturday at D&B. You have to stalk your games. We were lucky enough to keep finding open games after making circles once or twice in between games. Overall, we had fun. The games were predominantly in good condition and only a few had notes on them that said they no longer worked(which is something to be expected). We didn’t eat or drink anything so I can’t review their food and liquor, but for $ 40 bucks we got a card that had LOTS of points. I can’t remember how many, but when we left, we still had 160. We played A LOT of games too. So for that price, for two people, I would say we played at least 7 or 8 games if not more, with coins left to spend(Clearly I will be returning). I didn’t give it a higher rating because there are LOTS of kids running — running around, running into you, running towards the game you were headed to, and then there were a few times where people were just sitting at games. Not playing them. Just staring off into game space I suppose. Sometimes you have to swipe your card a few times to get the game to accept it which can be a challenge when it’s race car games because the other players are waiting on you and if it takes too long, their race may start w/o you in it. But other than that, I can’t say I have legit complaints. It’s a GREAT family place obviously. But it’s also not too bad if you have a date and want to kick their *** in race car games. And I did just that. #EliteStyle

I wasn’t sure what to expect from Dave & Buster’s, since most of what I had heard was some variety of «It’s like a grown-up version of Chuck-e-Cheese». Having been to dozens of those kid-oriented tokens & tickets places, my expectations were low for both food quality and quality/reliability of the games themselves. Food: The slider/chicken wing appetizer was actually pretty good. Nicely presented, and the buns were fresh. The wings were meaty and a tad spicy, which is a good thing. The full rack of smokehouse ribs, however, was a disaster. There was practically no meat on these ribs, and what little meat there was was over-cooked and very tough. Mixed drinks were fine though. My margarita was very tasty. Games: I was pleasantly surprised by both the quality and originality of the games. They had all the usual games you would expect at a place like this, but several others that were based off of popular IOS/Android games(but on HDTV sized screens). Very few games were out of order. The gaming area is extremely loud, due to all the electronic bells & whistles going off, so be prepared if you’re one of those middle-aged people like me who has a little trouble with background noise. We were a party of six, and we were seated promptly. Our server was very good — she was attentive and upbeat, Overall I was pleasantly surprised. The ribs were really awful though, but i’ll try something else next time.

I loved it! The only bad thing is price. Be prepared to spend a pretty penny. Just Bc of the eat and play aspect of it. My service was extremely fast. Food great! Waiter was awesome. Plus, the manager came and check up on us. Very clean too.

Where has this place been all my life? My boyfriend and I went on a date night here last night for sometime different and I haven’t had that much fun in quite some time. Apparently we picked the best night to go, Wednesday, because all the games and cocktails were ½ price. We each got a $ 25 power card and were able to play sooo many games with that amount. Favorites include… buck shot, Jurassic Park, Transformers, and Star Wars games. I’m not very good at video games so I always died first but still had fun. The cocktails ended up being $ 3 a piece at ½ price so that was a steal at well. We played a few tickets games and came out with about 1500 tickets. We save them because you can get appetizers and deserts with tickets so we decided that was our best option for next time. Overall, a wonderful experience. We did not have to wait long for any games and there were always several games open. The bartender was attentive and friendly as well. Almost 3 hours of entertainment plus a few drinks for such a low price is hard to beat. We will definitely be back!

4 stars for Wednesdays when games are half off. This is the day we go and how we can justify the prices overall. It’s clean and always offering new games to try; but we’re in the 40-ish age group and find we like to go in between when families with the small children are running the place and the twenty-somethings are getting their drink on. There is a small window for us on Wednesdays to sip a couple beers and try our hand at winning some prizes. Overall, Dave and Busters in Castleton is fun if you are ready to spend some cash. It is pricey, but if you know that going in and can look for days that the drinks and games are half off then your one step ahead of the game. I’d recommend Wednesdays for the best fun for your money. Friendly service, clean facility, prices decent on special days, food average, atmosphere fun.
