Broad Ripple Alterations

My first choice for alterations in Indianapolis. The shop is conveniently located in Broad Ripple. I brought in a delicate tulle dress that had a few small rips in it, and the employees meticulously looked over the dress to ensure everything was marked and documented properly before making their suggestions. They took the time to ensure that the dress would be repaired to my standards. The finished product was excellent. They completed all repairs exactly as specified, and finished the job in four business days (sooner than I had anticipated!). They called when the work was finished, as promised. This shop is efficient, trustworthy, and professional (both in manner and in the work they do). The best part? The cost was quite reasonable, considering the amount of work and the delicate material. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone needing repairs or alterations. As a side note, just be sure you have a personal check for payment; they don’t accept debit/​credit cards.

Conveniently-​located Broad Ripple Alterations did a great job taking up a skirt I brought in, and it wasn’t too expensive. I would have given five stars except that the man seemed a little disgusted when I asked if I could have it rushed (I needed it two days later for a concert). He was unnecessarily annoyed, in my opinion, but they did it anyway, which is what really counts.
