Bolls Heating & Cooling

Bolls is awesome! Just had them out at my dad’s house a couple days ago to service the air conditioner before it gets put to full use over the summer. We had the same technician that came to service the furnace last fall. He was right on time, fast, efficient, great to talk to, and one of the cats hated to see him leave! She is an especially friendly cat that loves company, but isn’t particularly fond of other cats. It was funny last fall how we didn’t realize she followed our man from Bolls into the basement and «helped» him with his inspection the whole time.
I don’t remember all the details, but they have a plan where you pay a certain a amount and if your a/​c breaks or anything, they will come out the same day as long as you call before noon. I believe it is the same as well for furnaces. I believe that also included the price of the inspection and filter, etc.
They give you a window of time in which they will arrive for service calls, but I have never had to wait. If it’s between 10am and 1 pm, they are here right at 10! Great folks! Highly suggest them for any HVAC needs. And I also highly recommend our tecnician, but I am not sure what his name was. I will revise this once I find out, for sure!
