I’ve had very mixed experiences here.
Dr. Liang is fantastic. I’ve always had very good experiences with him. Make sure you check who your dentist will be, one of the others is not kind or gentle. In general, I think the staff is very nice and good at their jobs.
Some of the things that Aspen does (I think these are company practices) are very different from other dental offices. On your first visit, you don’t get a cleaning. They do x-​rays and check lots of things and then schedule you to come back for a cleaning. That was odd to me. They also ask that you pay upfront, that’s okay. My problem is that they estimate what your insurance will cover and if they over estimate and you overpay, they don’t let you know about it until there’s a credit on your account at your next visit. I essentially lent them $ 200 for ~6 months because they did not notify me that they had over charged.
I think if you know what to expect, you’ll have a good experience. Make sure to ask for Dr. Liang, he’s wonderful.

I have been taking my mother to this practice to have new dentures made for her. They have been incredibly kind, professional and prompt. My mom is thrilled about picking up her new smile next week and would love to thank everyone at this office. She has never had to wait in the lobby for more than a couple of minutes and the fees were clearly explained to both of us, with no pressure to upgrade at all.
