First experience with roof repairs and contractors in general, and must say the whole process was smooth and a really good experience, from materials arriving on time to repairers doing the work in a quick professional manner. Overall great experience with Greg the sales person working with us on the whole process.

Feel like we were rushed into using them for our roof repairs and lied to reguarding how much that we would end up owing. Then were bullied constantly for the rest of the money after first money was paid and the roof was replaced, even though I was UNHAPPY and disagreed with the money owed. I spoke with them several times about this and really got no help only more bullying in my opinion. I wish I had done better research. I knew there was damage to the roof from hail and wind just think we were taken advantage of with the situation.

Do not use this company! I had hail damage on my roof and had them replace it. Within two weeks it was leaking. They came out and said that there was no leak and the damage must have occurred before they did the work. They did some additional caulking. I withheld A small part of the payment to ensure that the roof leak was fixed. It hasn’t rained enough to check the roof leak and now I am receiving harassing, rude phone calls from the company

stay away!!! this place is a rip off. they go through the neighborhood and try to sign up people for hail damage. they added the siding and gutters as damage just to make more money off my insurance. there was no damage. they are not american dream, they are american nightmare.
