Customer Service has went to hell in a handbag. Literally. I will go to Lowes and Menards from now on. You would expect better service from your neighborhood ace store. Very disappointed.

I went into this Ace Hardware today to try and get a key cut for a motorcycle I just bought. They don’t stock Honda motorcycle key blanks, per say, but there are other key blanks that can be cut that will work. First off, this store is in a rat hole of a place. The term ghetto comes to mind but I think that would be a step or two above this rat hole. The parking lot looks like the U.S. Air Force was using it for drone bombing practice. Tundra sized holes littered the parking area and forced all the cars to weave and swerve to avoid the moon size craters that have been allowed to form. The wonderful and friendly staff that work here were either not here this day, or a figment of my imagination. I asked for 3 different key blanks that could be used to make a key for my motorcycle and and customer friendly lady(I am being sarcastic) who had a computer brain told me they didn’t have any of those. There were about a thousand key blanks and many boxes that littered the wall and she knew that those three weren’t there. She was too lazy too look or make the effort to look and wasn’t really interested in trying to make a sale. Now I know I will never be back to this dump of a hardware store. I can only pass this along as a warning to anyone who has the slightest expectation of pathetic customer service to avoid this place because you will be very, very disappointed in how they let you quickly know that they don’t a crap about helping you. And when the day comes that this dump is closed, please don’t blame Wal Mart. It wasn’t Wal Mart that treated their customers like the Nazis treated the world. It was piss poor customer service!
