Love this place. I stop by a few times a month, everyone in there is so pleasant and helpful.
They have a vast selection of shisha (hookah tabacco) and they carry my favorite coals (3 kings). They also have a really awesome «naughty» section. ^.~

best in the city. They have a great staff. Every time im here they have exactly what i want. If they don’t, they find something that will work or call the other location to see if they have it. if they do, they get you a discount for driving to the other store. keep it up. PUFF TUFF.

I generally have no reason to visit head shops, but 20 past 4 has a lot more than just smoking accessories. They’ve got all sorts of unique items. The staff is very friendly and helpful also. To those of you who feel like you’ve been slighted or disrespected remember to call it a pipe and NOT a «bong» or anything else like that and you’ll be cool.

Don’t waste your time here. Nicole KNEW I was coming by and she was supposed to be there and knew the time frame. Even called to let her know I was gonna be a few minutes late due to construction and sure enough, she wasn’t even there! She went home for the day like we didn’t have a meeting. So very unprofessional!

I came in for the first time. I was excited to buy something for my husband for our 18th anniversary. I walked in with my brother in law in hopes to find a strong piece of glass that my husband would not break easily. I browsed for a minute. An employee walked over and asked if he could help. My brother in law asked if we could see some thick pieces. The guy said you should look somewhere else and walked away. ??? I was confused and thought he was going to show us to another section of the store, but no he literally walked away. I was planning to spend quality money here for a very special
Occasion and I was shunned. No thank you Indy. Got a sweet piece here in Oregon though:-) I think the sales guy might do better selling lamps or candles maybe.

Not usually a frequenter of head shops, but they seem to be the only place to buy tattoo supplies. And they have a great selection as well as a super helpful staff. They have always had what we need and the staff is great about making suggestions if you are unsure.

As I said earlier, I have no reason to go to a head shop but I can certainly appreciate the art in the blown glass products they offer for sale. Some of it doesn’t seem very practical, but it sure is pretty. And they have a lot of it. So go check them out.

I’ve spent a lot of time in a lot of smoke shops, but this is by far the biggest and best one I’ve ever been in. Ever since the big move (all the way across the street, lol), this place keeps getting better and better. The staff is pretty attentive, and everyone seems to know their stuff. I’ve never walked out of there less than satisfied. My only complaint is that it’s so far away from me!

This place and I’m going to say it the manager there are horriable! Use to go in here allthe time last time iI got walked passed 4 times never asked what I needed and when I told the so called poor manager she did nothing but sit on her rear and not offer at allto help turn my wexperience around. Matter of fact she didn’t care that I got poor service and just left. Doesn’t say a lot for you or your store. When one walks out mouths talk and you will soon have other people that will not support that store anymore.

Since my last review, this shop has greatly improved. the staff is much more helpful and attentive, and their stock has been increasing in preparation to the move to their new store.
They seem to carry a little bit of everything now, and I’ve noticed they even carry many things other smoke shops are not, or have stopped carrying.
I still have not bought any glass pieces from them again, but I would like to see what they will have in stock once the move happens.
