This review is for the Indian Rocks Beach location.
Candy Kitchen has been my go to place to get some of the best ice cream in the beach area. They have over 30 different flavors of delicious homemade ice cream and the best part is that for one person, all you need is their junior size. They are awesome when it comes to good portion size with a reasonable price of around $ 3.50. My favorite flavor from last visit was the raspberry chip and coconut and I highly recommend this medley of crunchy sweet goodness. They also have tons of other options like shakes, floats, and sundaes. They let you try as many flavors of ice cream you want so kudos to the friendly staff on that.
If great ice cream wasn’t good enough, Candy Kitchen outdoes itself by showcasing some neat old school toys and candies. They have all the stuff that was probably popular in the 70s but is still retro enough to play with. They also have unique candies that you cannot find anywhere else. Gringot candies from Harry Potter… check. Lollipops with cricket… check. Angry Scot mints… check.
I highly recommend either for the two Candy Kitchen locations (the other one is in Madeira Beach) for great flavors of ice cream, cheap prices, and nostalgia for old school toys.

Yes! Yes! Yes! This is THE place for ice cream while on the beach side in Florida. The two people working tonight are Fantastic and Fabulous. Try their rotator flavors. You can always come back for the others at anytime. Me, overall I prefer the kiddie cup yet today was determined to order the Killer Sunday. A piece of fudge topped by enormous scoops of ice cream and unlimited toppings. I was unable to finish it and it was so very yummy. Perfect for someone with a really big appetite or to share. Awesome place! Awesome people work here!

WOW! What a nice girl behind the counter, she really takes pride in the business! The single scoop will knock you off your feet! Great little place, a real piece of nostalgia! Great candy and ice cream!
