I have been a customer with them for 5 years and they still have the worst customer service! I need to mention that I switched addresses recently and called them to switch my service over to the new address, they told me «no problem» and since you are a preferred customer it will be FREE of charge! I was not only charged for the installation but I was charged for the first two months of service and then hounded me to pay it, I told them AT&T U-verse was just at my house offering better service and faster internet at a fraction of what I was paying them and if that is how you treat your long term customers then I am leaving. The«nice» customer service rep said he would take $ 50 off the install if that would help but said he could do nothing about charging for my first two months of service at once, they just lost a faithful customer for life. BOO Xfinity! How many good customers need to leave before you pull your heads out of your greedy corporate asses? Not a way to treat your dedicated customers… not even close

Comcast QUALITYASSURANCESUCKS! My 82 yr old mothers cable and telephone service went out 2 days ago, she is housebound and has a severe medical condition she is awaiting surgery for. I explained that it’s CRITICAL that her phone service is restored but they scheduled her repair in 1 week! I’ve spoken with numerous people there and the last, a supervisor, told me he’d escalate it and I’d get a call today. It’s 10:30 pm, her 2nd day of no service and no phone call. Her appointment is in 6 days. This is the most outrageously horrible company I’ve ever dealt with. Take my advice, chose Google, AT&T or Time Warner if you don’t want to be treated like crap.
