How come getting a new phone seems to be so stressful? It is suppose to simplify my life but then it really doesn’t.
I ordered a phone to upgrade my dinosaur of a cell phone and jump into the modern world of technology. It’s beautiful, sleek and looks smart. But as many will attest, any thing techie is only as smart as we can make them. So this pretty cell phone needed more help than I can give it.
For some reason unknown to humankind, the transfer process didn’t manage to pick up even one of my contacts list! I went into Verizon’s store on Sterling and Mike helped me. What voodoo he performed is still a mystery to me but — whatever he did — I now have my list of contacts where it is suppose to be.
We have always had good luck with this Verizon location and we’ve been customers for a really long time with Verizon. There are a good number of knowledgeable young people there waiting to give advice and solve any problems we have brought to them and I want to give a positive review to say I’m grateful for their expertise.
