The ladies here are wonderful! They definitely know how to make their customers feel comfortable and relaxed. Aveda trained is a big deal to me and these ladies prove why with their knowledge and skill! I trust their opinions and always trust I’ll walk away happy! If by chance, though, something isn’t exactly how you hoped they are great at helping you achieve the look you want. (Though personally I’ve never had any issues!!) I always look forward to my time here!

Extremely disappointed. Had my hair cut here a couple weeks ago. Needed to have it cut again because the initial problem with my hair was not fixed, and even then, I was not happy with my hair cut. I felt like it would be too much trouble to go back and say I didn’t like it again to anyone at the salon… I would appreciate honesty though, let someone know if you don’t know how to cut hair the way your client wants it. Don’t just rush through it. My stylist said the top layers are just going to have to grow up in order to ‘catch up’ with the longer layers in my hair. She could have said that before cutting it, if she didn’t think she could fix the issue. I will not be returning. Waste of money.

I have been seeing Carla since Oct 2010. I love how she always makes my color amazing! Whether its highlights, all over color or just a cut she does a wonderful job. When I first went in, I was trying to grow out a bob and my hair was a mess! Carla shaped it up and fixed the color (which was really brassy from the previous salon I used to go to). I do agree that it is a little pricy but its worth it to me, plus now I go in 4 times a year so that helps my overall costs stay down.

Leaving here feeling amazing! Angie did exactly to my hair what I was imagining! The salon is clean and up to date which made me feel like I was in good capable hands. I will absolutely be coming back here!

This salon is five minutes from my house and I love Aveda. I went in for a simple hair cut, the stylist never asked how much I wanted cut, let alone spoke to me through out the hair cut. The other stylist had no customers, so they were doing each other’s hair and ignoring the customers that walked in. I had to ask my stylist to dry my hair and what products I wanted, she was going to let me go out with wet hair. A simple hair cut cost me $ 40 and I had to go to another salon because she cut my hair so badly. Totally unprofessional for an Aveda salon, avoid this salon!

I have been coming to this salon for a few years now. I have never had a problem getting an appointment when I called the same day. I have always had a good experience here. The stylists are friendly and do a great job. My color and cuts have always turned out as good or better than I expected, and they did a good job of fixing my color when I had a bad one at another salon.
The only reason I can’t give it five stars is that it can sometimes be quite expensive if I have the owner do my hair. But if money is no issue for you, you should definitely ask for her. She is wonderful.

I’ve been trying different stylists and salons since my stylist left me old salon and just haven’t been happy. But I did really like Megan at Salon Sedona. The only reason I give it 3 stars instead of 5 is because the price is a little high and they don’t have pedicure chairs. But I’m really happy with the job Megan did with my cut and color and will probably go back for hair if not other spa stuff.
