Only reason I order from this one is because it is close to work. This is the second time they have forgotten the salad dressing when ordering a salad. Just got off the phone with Margaret from the store and she stated that unless specified, the dressing does not come with. First off, I reviewed my order prior to submitting and there was dressing asked for. Second, There actually isn’t a check box for this in their online ordering site. It shows up once you get to the review portion of the order before you submit. Margaret then asked if I wanted the whole salad remade or just the dressing. I said just the dressing. She then stated that I could come in at a later time to pick it up. I said I would be on my way now to pick up dressing. I have even attached an picture of my order that shows the dressing was supposed to be included. I would retrain Margaret on her customer service skills are her tone of voice was harsh as if I was inconveniencing her.

It’s Chipotle — how bad can it be? My burritos are always tasty, the employees are friendly, and I get something to eat that is the size of a baby. I try to avoid this place around lunch or 5 – 6:30 as there is a rather long line. The worst that has ever happened to me was when the employees ask if I mind if they make some more ingredient fresh — oh no! The horror! How dare they! Oh and I think once they were out of guac(which I do love their guacamole). You would think since Chipotle is a chain you would get the same food at any location but I will disagree. Some locations have super gross dining rooms and others are a little short with toppings. This one is the goldilocks of Chipotles — it gets it just right. I’ve even seen some customers clearly taking out their lousy day or bad hair on the nice employees, and those employees don’t roll their eyes. I would be biting my tongue to not say something rude back, so I don’t know how they do it.

This has got to be one of the absolute worst Chipotle locations on earth!!! The staff are so freaking slow it’s unbelievable, and they allow people who are picking uo orders for businesses to cut in line. There has been numeroua times where I was next in line but had to had to wait over 30 minutes to order because some business called in 20+ orders for their employees. This also leads to them running out of just about every item, which in turn creates and even longer wait!!! I’ve walked out numerous times because I don’t have that kind of time to stand there and wait. On top of that, the staff are a bunch of rude urban teenagers who want to spend more time talking to each other and hanging out than they do working. The staff also do not have the first clue about health and sanitation laws, and I have seen them do many disgusting things(such as scratching themselves and then handling food without changing gloves or washing their hands, touching the garbage and cleaning with the same gloves that they’re handling food with, etc…). This is absolutly unacceptable, and it’s a shame that the manager allows this nonsense to continue. If they were to fire all of the incompetent staff and start over from scratch, then this location would be much more successful than it is now, and they would have many more happy customers. Overall, this location is not worth the visit unless they make some major changes in their customer service and in their cleanliness/sanitation.

This location used to be pretty good but as of late the service has really gone down hill. It seems like the good employees don’t stay long. A few months ago I witnessed a young man pick up a box full of supplies from the floor for another female employee. That was nice of him seeing as though he was also the first person working the food line. After he picked up the box he then proceeded to ask me if I wanted a burrito or bowl. He still had on the same plastic gloves as he reached for a tortilla. I immediately stopped him to remind him he still had on the same gloves. He turned around to wash his hands and a group of employees gathered around him and started whispering and pointing. I’m sorry for letting him know I didn’t want dirt in my food I guess. With the exception of a couple, most employees working the food line appear to be miserable and don’t dare ask them to make your bowl a specific way. Lastly every online order I have ever placed with my coworkers have been totally incorrect in one form or another. I will probably not be returning to this location.

First of all, if you drop food on the counter please don’t picked it up and put it back on the tray!!! And please wear gloves for Pete sake! This is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. I was driving from Detroit to Niagra Falls and stayed overnight in Independence, OH. While there, I thought I’d grab some tacos from Chipotle. BADIDEA. It was hard to find as it’s in a strip mall away from the main street and the sign is in a different font and typeface than other Chipotle. Once I found it, I was disappointed to see that everything was going wrong on the line(out of pico de gallo, couldn’t figure out how to put guacamole on items, etc.) and the people that worked there were either fake friendly or seemed to be lost. When my turn came, I ordered 3 soft tacos and a bowl. The lady working the meat station was annoying and a bit menacing. All I wanted on my items was pico de gallo, salsa roja, cheese and guacamole. I was told that they were out of pico de gallo and it would be at least 20 minutes until more was made. *blank stare* A cashier offered a pre-packed plastic pico de gallo and we moved on. The lady adding the toppings used a knife to portion tiny bits of guacamole onto each taco. When I asked for a bit more, the lady doing the meat came over and put some guacamole into a plastic container. *blank stare* When I told her that I wanted it on my food she told me that this was ensured that I got the guacamole I was paying for. When I asked why she couldn’t just put it on my food, she glared at me so I let it go. I wanted to leave so I forgot to ask for salsa roja. =( When I went to pay, the lady rang me up for TWO orders of guacamole however I didn’t recognize it until I was already in my room. I will NOT be going to this Chipotle next time I’m in Cleveland.

I have been to Chipotle locations in 6 states. This location is the second worst location I have been to. The worst being close by in Parma, OH. First, I have not seen one of the employees smile yet. The employees are also slow and don’t think ahead. There is no sense of urgency. During my visit a few days ago the line was stopped while about 5 people waited for chicken. The employee working the grill was taking her time to put gloves on and slowly cut the chicken as if no one was waiting on her. She was moving like cold molasses. Once finished cutting the chicken, she put it in the container and left it there on the counter without saying anything. It took a bit for the other employee who was supposed to be serving people to realize the chicken was ready. During my visit today, the line moved slow as usual but at least it wasn’t very long. When it was my turn to order, I ordered a steak bowl. That is when the employee working the line realized that he was out of steak. Not low on steak, but the container was completely empty. That is when he asked for more steak. The girl in the back, same grill worker as my last visit, disappeared in the back and returned to put the steak on the grill to start cooking! Nothing was said to me, I had to ask if that was the steak I was waiting for. Instead of informing me and apologizing, I had to ask. I didn’t feel like waiting and I didn’t feel like giving my money to them so I left. Terrible customer service. 11÷4÷15 Update: Once again after waiting patiently in line, I asked for a steak bowl only for the employee to realize they were out of steak. And again, they hadn’t even started grilling more yet. At least this time I was told it would be a 10 min wait and the employee apologized as I walked away. I don’t understand why this has not been fixed, its not a hard concept to understand.

Bad location. I went to this location at 11:20am(before rush hour) and was told they were out of chicken, out of steak and that it would be 20 minutes before either would be ready. How can you be out of key ingredients on a weekday at a location were lunchtime is the busiest time of day. I can’t wait until the Brecksville location opens up. Hopefully new management will make a difference.

This has quickly become my favorite Chipotle location and I will drive out of my way to go to it, even though it’s not the closest one to my house, when I’m not feeling too lazy anyways. I figured out that what makes this one such a well oiled machine is that they have a separate line in the back for online orders. Super smart. My online orders here are always correct too. One time the employee admitted to me she overlooked the comments about extra salsas on my bowl and let me know that, and that they were in side containers. Today they almost forgot my dressing for my salad and the cashier rushed over to hand it to me. A+ customer service. Oh and I promise if you actually take the extra two seconds to smile, ask how they are, and say please and thank you, instead of treating them like some bean slinging burrito assembly machine robots — you’re not walking out with a light bowl!

This is the second-worst Chipotle location I’ve ever been to. The people are so slow and crabby, and during lunch, they ALWAYS run out of something. I work in the area, so I’m forced to go here when I crave a chicken bol about once a week. If you have the time, I would suggest driving out to the Steelyard Commons Chipotle. They actually know how to cook chicken and their corn salsa isn’t frozen.

The whole point of having Internet ordering is so your food is ready when you arrive and you don’t waste time waiting around. They gave me a time to arrive. I showed up and waited at the register. The gal ran my receipt and the walked down so they would start making my meal… hmmm. Shouldn’t it be ready? l. Then as they are making my burrito they inform me they don’t have guacamole but if I wanted to wait 5 minutes I could get it. Otherwise they would take it off my bill. Oops scratch that, they already ran the check and can’t take it off. But they CAN offer me a coupon for… wait for it… FREEGUACAMOLE and chips. Which presumably I can’t actually get for another 5 or 10 minutes. So I left with time wasted, an incomplete meal and a coupon for guacamole I can’t get. Wow.

Not so much a complaint but a question as to why this is the only location where I am charged for a dressing to placed on my burrito. I called corpora an they stared that I should not be charged for any extra toppings. Just wondering why I am being charged at this location only for the vinegarette. When I asked the lady behind the counter she stated it was a new corporate policy but when my wife calls corporate they tell her that she should not be charged for it. Can I get an explanation.

Every chipotle has great food! Unfortunately this one is super slow, it’s roughly 15 – 20 minute wait between 10:30am and 2:00pm. So if your lucky enough to have an hour lunch break go here, if not try the chipotle by transportation blvd.

Been here probably 15 times and always had awesome service and food. The staff is super fast. I remember I even remarked to them that it was like watching a military operation the way they communicate up and down the assembly line and with the cook in the back. They’ll even acknowledge that they heard a request from another employee if they are in the middle of something else but just about to get to it. Once my burrito tore a tiny bit and they called my attention to it and asked if I would like a new tortilla. I said no it’s fine since I’ll hold it in the foil anyhow but it was nice to ask. After she rolled it in foil she put a big arrow saying ‘tear’ so I knew which side it was on. It’s bizarre to me that other Unilocalers seem to have such an opposite experience in this aspect. And of course the actual food is crave inducing. I really do crave chipotle. And it never disappoints. In my opinion the barbacoa is by far the best meat choice. And I always get the sauted peppers and onions.

I love the Chain, I am just not a fan of this location. I like another poster did not realize that extra charred chicken is the new flavor trend. After giving the location another chance and then having extra extra charred chicken, i decided to go back to the Transportation Blvd location and have not looked back! To be fair, my visits have been during the lunch timeframe, roughly 12 — 2pm. i have not tried them later in the evening when perhaps the cooks have changed.
