Disappointing quality and long wait for delivery. We ordered a pepperoni & Italian sausage thin crust pizza and an order of mild chicken wings. Order placed via web at 6:20pm, the web page claimed the food was done at 6:29. Driver picked up the food @ 7:08 and delivered after 7:35. Pizza looked like it had something hot sat on top of one side and all the food was barely warm.

Pizza was about what you expect. I ordered a Fiery Hawaiian Pizza, It was flavorful I think a little too much hot sauce or maybe just scrap it all together. I also got a Brooklyn style 1 topping with pepperoni that was very good.

I like that they stay open later than other pizza places… we order from this location 2 or 3 times a month. Food is cheap yet good. never had a bad experience.

I have ordered from Domino’s Pizza several times and each time it’s hot when I get it, it’s on time, and it’s been what I asked for. No complaints from me! I’ve tried one other in the area and when it got here it was cold and not the correct order.

The ONLY reason I continue to go to this location is because it’s closest to my house and I don’t want to drive across town. My only complaint about this store is the lack of professionalism and customer service, both of which are seemingly non-existant. There was one occasion where an employee, I assumed a manager because he seemed to be running things but he very easily could’ve been one of those high and mighty types, smacked another employee upside the head and swore at him. We got our food, gave a sympathetic look to the employee who had been humiliated and belittled, and got the hell out of there. I called the home office to make a complaint and the woman I talked to had no idea what she was doing or how to properly look up the location(she told me it didn’t exist). Unfortunately, the jerk’s uncalled for and elementary behavior went unpunished. Another time, my fiancé and I waited for 15 minutes in the lobby and were never acknowledged. We left without placing an order and went to Papa John’s instead. The third and final time that I’ve been utterly dissatisfied with this particular location was today when, after using it several times in the past, my fiancé and I were talked to poorly because we were using a plastic stamp card. The card says it’s valid at all locations until March 2014 and we have had no problems getting it punched here until today. The man behind the counter, not somebody we’d seen before, was incredibly rude when we presented the card to him. He said, «We don’t honor these. We never give pizza away for free, that’s just not something we do.» He honored it anyway(after all, we were buying a large pizza… the card said we could get a free order of breadstix with it and we were fine whether we got them or not) but it was his tone that made me mad. When we got our pizza and breadstix, the pizza was very flimsy and thin and the breadstix were incredibly misshapen. It was delicious nonetheless, but they could certainly work on a few things. I would love it if the corporate office could pull their heads out of their butts long enough to acknowledge that this location in fact does exist and needs more help than they know.

Domino’s Pizza has a bad rap. We all know that up until the last few years you were better off eating cardboard with tomato sauce than ordering a pizza from Domino’s. They have revamped the marketing, but by itself no one trusts it. I get it. It took me a few years to trust it. So their pizza tastes ton better today. I recommend the philly steak and green peppers, or their new sliced Italian Sauage and pepperoni. Their sauce is a great and full of flavor now. Their prices are very reasonable as well. As of the writing of this review if you picked up two items — each was only $ 5.99. You can’t beat that. Try it, that’s all I can say.
