Pretty good service no complaints usually my order is given to me in a reasonably amount of time and food is well cooked.

It’s chain food so the taste was consistent with other Carl’s Jr. I have visited. That’s the most positive thing I can say about this visit. The staff has no proper customer service training. We waited first in line at the counter for nearly 5 minutes before we were acknowledged. Others were in line too. They messed up our order. It was a very basic 2 meal, nothin special order. Again stood at the counter for nearly 5 minutes for correction without acknowledgement. The cook exited the kitchen to stand on his cell phone near the lobby door. We have up and kept what we had. The dining room was filthy, many tables covered with food bits and garbage from previous customers. The clerk walked around, clearly tallying the mess then kept walking. I watched every customer after us experience a very similar suffering. We finished our meal and I went to wash my sons bottle out in the bathroom. The clerk stood at the door, with it propped open with a garbage can said he was attempting to clean it. He just stood there staring in, watching me the whole time as if I was inconveniencing him from completing his job. I can assure you it means nothing to have a «clean» bathroom but messy tables where customers will sit to enjoy their meal and furthermore there will be no customers to enjoy meals if you cannot keep their order straight or pay attention to them to begin with. I organize employee responsibilities for a living to help promote efficiency, the customers experience and maintain a controlled overhead cost so businesses remain profitable. Systems mean nothing and employees generally do not care about any of the most important things necessary to have a successful business that I mentioned without proper training and management. The management and owner who manages the manager of this establishment is to blame for all of this. I give every shift manager, the owner and the service crew a big F after my experience. Open your eyes.

Very poor customer service. .waited in line, no one in front of me no one behind me. Associate was filling drive through orders, didnt even say I will be right with you or acknowledge my presence. Waited almost fourteen minutes before she even said anything to me and then spoke to me in Spanish. Took her three tries to get my order right. Wow! I’m in the USA, I thought the language here is supposed to be English… Carl’s Jr. get a clue. … The only good thing is the food was Carl’s Jr. quality.

I can’t say anything bad about this location. The food was good, the customer service was good and the place was clean and I mean clean. None of the tables had food crumbs and I didn’t see overloaded trash cans.

Idiots. Thats all it really needs but ill go a bit further. I asked for a burger. Lady asks if i wanted it to be a combo. I said yes. I get only the burger. Had to get back in line and ask for fries. It ended up being $ 10. I don’t know if its on purpose to get more money out of us or not but they don’t listen very well. Food is also too expensive but maybe that was me having to buy my meal in pieces. Place is clean and i did enjoy my meal. Wifi is good and place smells clean. Ask for a reciept because they dont give one to you.

I was worried nobody would hear My Story if i rated this place a 1. I have come to this place for at least 6 years, never have I Felt that I Have to Make a Review. Today at 3:45 am 8÷26÷2013(Monday morning) I received the worst service from this place. It might have been Because I don’t speak Spanish… They have this deal. 2 Western Bacon Cheeseburgers for $ 5. I asked for that and they asked if I wanted to make that a combo. I said yes please. Large Cherry Coke and Large Fries Please… they said it would be $ 14… I give them my card and realized $ 14.64 for what I ordered was way too much. She charges my card(a Hispanic Lady at this time slot) and then I ask her why it was so much. The Hispanic lady at this time slot said I made it into 2 Combos. I said i wanted the Special as a combo, not 2 Combos of the Western Bacon Cheeseburger. I asked if I could get my money back for the difference … she said No. After Complaining a little she gave me $ 4 change back. After Charging $ 14 for a $ 5 special Combo on my Card… So Total $ 10. Even with the $ 5 Special of 2 Bacon Western Cheeseburgers, a combo should not cost an Extra $ 5 for a Large Drink and Fries… for the Combo Special. I was really Displeased at the Service and the Hispanic lady that treated me like poop. They say they are 24 hours open… But The Service they provide might stop at 12am. I don’t know if there are any Night Managers at this locations. What I do Recommend is that the Night Manager tells the Night Staff to treat People Better and to Understand English. I will never go back to This Location EVER, even though it’s Local. They Over Charge. Don’t Know Their Own specials AND don’t understand simple English…

This was my second time at this particular location and the first time wais fine but yesterday was by far the worst experience ever. I usually get a western bacon cheese burger or a fishermens catch sandwich, well yesterday I wanted to try something new maybe go the healthy route of fast food. BIGMISTAKE, I didn’t like it. My friends told me to just ask for something diffrent. I usualy just bare it but the friends convinced me to because there was never a problem when they asked for something diffrent. I go up to the register and politly ask for something else because I didn’t like it. I explaind to him that I was trying something new and it just was not for me and said sorry a few times because I know it was a inconvience. He said«sure» and went t double check with his manager, he got the ok and I told him I wuld like to get the fishermans catch sandwich and that if I needed to I could pay the differance. In a matter of seconds he gave me a sandwich and walked away. I stood there confused and said thanks. When I got back to the table and unwrapped it there was a sloppy mess. They gave me a spicy chicken sandwich that you can get for a dollar and put some tartar sauce on it. I was speechless and to be honest pretty sad. I decided to keep it to myself that time because what good would come from it, they may have threw the sandwich at me if I did. I was really turned off by the whole thing and I will not be returning to this place.

Service was SLOW today. My family and I had just gotten out of church and needed to eat breakfast. We ordered 2 meals, 2 extra sandwiches and 2 extra coffees. We all got a sourdough breakfast sandwich and coffee and just shared the hash browns. We also got an order of the French Toast Sticks. First off, it took at least 10 mins for staff to refill the coffee jug. My father was so impatient and kept asking me to ask them to refill it. The hashbrowns were a little too oily and the sandwich was meh. Our order came out to be a little over $ 20. Best bet is to have the same meal at Jack & the Box for cheaper, tastier and better service! I’m only giving this spot an extra star because I love their hamburgers. I’m not coming back for breakfast. If you want to find me after church, I’ll be at Jack’s…

I would normally give this place 5 stars but after this visit I really should give them 1. I bought the Fried Zucchini Bites(I love zucchini) …ewww…these are NASTY. They were under cooked and tasteless. Oh well it’s a burger joint so maybe I’ll give them a pass on this. Then I decided to go to the restroom… I’m a lady so the ladies room is where I went. Oh God… Jesus and Mary. The restroom smelled like a sewer line had erupted. I informed one of the employees(a male). His response was«I know… it smells the same in the men’s room». If cleanliness is next to Godliness there was pure Evil in the ladies room. Carl’s Jr… get a handle on that situation… it was so not cool.
