Batteries Plus Bulbs

Had a great experience this morning. My iPhone 4s died, and I thought I was going to buy a new one. I took it in to the Idaho Falls location, and they ran a few tests, and let me know it could be fixed… for only $ 50! They did the repair in less than an hour — even during the busy Christmas season — and the phone is as good as new. THANKS!!!

This is a great store. They have a huge selection of batteries and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and their service is top notch. We have set up a business account with this store and get great pricing. They are willing to price match and always seem to have whatever we need in stock and ready to go. They are locally owned; it’s nice being able to do business with a locally owned business instead of one of those big-​box store.

Since corresponding with the owner of Batteries Plus, Mrs. Laura L, I’ve learned that the store is willing to price match on merchandise. This is great to know and something I wish the employee had mentioned when I had gone in, was shocked by the price difference, stated to the sales associate that the price for a phone battery was pretty steep, and instead of telling me they priced matched he told me to upgrade my phone.
I understand older electronics having hard to find batteries set at higher price, since they are no longer being mass produced in high quantities or not at all. Which is why I will state again how amazed I was at the great selection of batteries and charging accessories Batteries Plus keeps on stock.
Armed with the fact that the owner, manager and sales associates are willing to work with customers, it does add an incentive to visit Batteries Plus again. With this new knowledge, I hope that my second visit to Batteries Plus will result in obtaining the product I need at a competitive price.
