I must say Ted and his staff really go above and beyond with each and every customer. They even help you to save money by cutting down your box or giving you tips on how to pack your box. I will be sure to ship everything from The Shipping Place from now on. Locally owned and very pleasant staff.

Pretty disappointed, I called and was put on hold but the employee never hit the hold button and just set the receiver down. I then listened to her take care of a customer that was disappointed they didn’t have a form they advertise for online. The employee then continues to blame her boss. The customer is very polite and understanding but once she leaves, the employee begins cursing about her to another employee telling the other employee that she wished she could just tell the customer to «get the fuck out of the store». She also goes on to talk about how they actually do have the form, she just doesn’t give them out to customers. The employee spends the next two minutes cursing about it then starts having a personal conversation and completely forgets I was on «hold». I then call back and the same employee tells me she can’t help me. Makes me wonder what she said about me once she hung up the phone.

I’ve used The Shipping Place many times and have always found them to be courteous and very fast in getting me in and out of the store. That’s what I’m looking for — a place where I can take care of business without losing a lot of time. I’ve also had several rubber stamps made by The Shipping Place and there has never been any problem with accuracy or quality of the product — which I can’t say for some of the other places I’ve had this kind of work done. They top it all off with friendly service!
